The photos do NOT align with the description and the latin name used on your website. Due to the description and latin name, I was matched with a tree that was not exactly what I was looking for. The photo looked to be what I was hoping to buy and the description and name matched, so I thought I was buying the tree I wanted. Upon arrival, I opened the box and discovered that the tree didn't look as it did on the website. Very misleading. The leaves were more green and the photo online looked darker and more purplish. Not what I was expecting. Then returns are not an option due to having to pay shipping costs to return item and the restocking fee of 25%. Buyer beware unless you are 100% certain of the product you are wishing to buy.

I received two cherry trees with no root ball just two sticks for a tree. Ordered on April 17, received them in a few days in very good shape. I went to plant them and noticed no root system, just two or three small roots, have to water daily just to keep them alive., don't think they will survive the summer, no growth yet, leaves falling off

The tree I ordered arrived looking absolutely amazing! Its planted and seems to be taking off!

Ordered a honey crisp apple tree as a gift, and it's thriving where the receiver planted it!

Ordered 10 emerald Aborvitaes that were supposed to ship in 1-2 days, a month later of them telling me it should ship soon they told me another month. Very obvious they knew of the real delay and instead of being open and honest they wasted my time. Their website chat option is obnoxious with how much it pops up and also doesn't work because the question drop down is broken on chrome latest version. Then to add insult to injury they send me a. 79 credit because of screwing up my order. They've lost a customer who was going to spend thousands with them over the next few years to redo my new acre of property.

I'm quite satisfied with the promptness, responsiveness, and quality of the plants I received. I highly recommend Fast-Growing Trees.

My sister Monica ordered me a fig tree from Fast Growing Trees and it is fabulous! I had been looking for a fig tree forever and the local garden centers never had any or they were a bare stick. The plant I got in the mail from Fast Growing Trees was big and full of leaves and multi branched. It is thriving!

I wanted a celeste fig but all I could find were twigs with one or two leaves and not cheap.
FastGrowing Trees had celeste in three gal. Pots. I thought a bit expensive but the tree I got was very worth it. Not big but very healthy and three weeks planted it has four baby figs.

It was mediocre I knew I shouldn't expect much form online company especially when they offer free jap maple with your order it must been what left over figure order I placed would had couple 2ft trees at least but 70% of them was 6" had get mulch to put around all 30 trees so wouldn't mistake them as weeds

The trees were pretty thrashed when they arrived. Leaves were brown and the packaging was bent and crumpled.

Sent tree for wrong growing zone although assured it was.
Rest trees although are for growing are not growing or producing buds.
Told not to send until May. Told could only ship in April to our area.
We still had snow on the ground and another snow storm.
After saw trees were not thriving, 45 days had passed.
Too bad I was told. Should have paid for year warranty.
Worst place ever.
Never do business there again.

And yes did order online but not until extensive conversations with staff to make sure ordering right trees for growing zone.
Contacting better business bureau about company.
Hope they can warn other suckers.

Tree arrived securely boxed and healthy. It was planted within 24 hours and given a good soaking. It's already showing new leaf growth.

We had mixed results, the figs, peaches, pear and one apple look great. The cherries were struggling on receipt and now appear dead, fingers crossed they are not, one apple is dead. So a little better then 50% survival/ healthy delivery? Not great but not horrible, we'll buy local for the rest of our needs though.

Easy to navigate website. Only issue I had was they didn't add in my $10 discount for signing up for their newsletter.

Ordered a Crepe Myrtle tree. Arrived timely and in great shape better than I could get at a local green house. Planted promptly now waiting for the magic to happen. Anyone hesitant about ordering plants/trees etc online. Don't be concerned about this place. Came packaged perfectly and healthy.
