I ordered 2 birch trees that were supposed to be 5-6ft. Unfortunately when they arrived the box was folded completely in half snapping the trunks on the tree. Customer service was very accepting of this with the accommodation of pictures. They quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately again the second shipment came the same way. I do not blame fast growing trees completely but I do think the packaging should be improved to fix this issue. Ultimately I asked for a full refund which I was granted.
We'll the dogwood we bought came in rough shape Leaves wilted badly. We planted it it doesn't look like it's going to make it. We'll see.
I ordered 3 banana trees. They were nicely packaged, very secure. I had an issue with one of the plants and they offered to replace it for me immediately. It was fantastic.

The first plant came in damaged. Julie very kindly sent another one immediately. Got the new one in good shape and immediately planted it. So far so good! Thank you!
Healthy well packaged. New Cherry tree this year. Last years was attacted by insects this summer. Has been treated and coming along well. Healthy strong trees. Very pleased

The plants arrived in great shape, 1 is having a difficult time, but we'll see.
I wish that they would have left a note sor "something" showing that the complete order was not shipped. This has happened several times.
Beautiful trees the two times I ordered! I received healthy crate Myrtle trees, both bloomed like crazy.
Ordered a Carmen/Hass avocado tree… It arrive quickly and in great shape and it was a beautiful balanced tree. Very pleased!

Tree died a couple weeks after I planted it. I wrote about the warranty - nope, completely ignored. Now I am out $50 and the tree I wanted for shade is gone too.

We got 3 trees in very bad condition. Customer service replaced 2 of them. The new trees came also in terrible shape and have since died. Wish I could buy more but just not worth the headache.
My trees arrived promptly and in good condition. The roots were well protected and the foliage was in good shape.
I purchased 6 Cleveland pear trees one died but was replaced quickly. Thank you for a good service

Nearly all of the vines and trees that we ordered arrived either sick and dying, or dead upon delivery. They were also extremely small and in the worst condition that we ever witness. Also, tiny and too small for any cost.

My trees came fast and protected. Trees came healthy. I received potted plants that were sturdy. Very happy with my experience.
