Got 2 healthy trees. Had an unrelated issues and customer service rep. Was VERY responsive. Not something I experience very often!

I picked up two different orange trees, a banana tree and the peach cobbler blueberry bush. Both of the orange trees arrived with some broken branches but at least 80% of them were fine. I wasn't going to even make a big deal about it but I got an email from the company asking how the experience was and I was honest with them.

They ended up crediting me to replace them or buy something else. I was shocked. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on.

Plants look great, their tracking numbers provided didn't work so had no idea when arriving. Had what I wanted.

Only a few leaves when received. Lost those 3 days later

Everything went smoothly except shipping. This took an extra day longer than originally expected. This was in 95 degree heat which lead to some heat damage to the leaves. The plant is healthy now and has not lost any leaves however heat damage caused cracking and browning of sections of multiple leaves. Packaging was done very well.

I bought 4 bushes, Mach-Oranges, at almost $100 each. One never leafed out and is dead. I contacted Fast Growing Trees a month after receipt and told them that it was dead but they refused to send me a new one.

This tree does not keep its leaves, they just fall off.

I purchased two items, only one was delivered. I did receive what seems to have been an automated refund for my fruit tree but no communication as to why I was refunded vs receiving the tree I wanted/ordered. The plant I did receive was great, my mother in law loved it! Just disappointed there was no communication about the tree I never received especially since re-ordering it would have cost more then the first time which I did receive free shipping & a welcome discount.

The tree arrived in a plastic pit that was completely flattened, roots that had been exposed to the air and dead leaves.

Purchased reliance peach tree, came with fungal issue, puncture holes on all old/new leaf, contacted customer service and had replacement. Replacement came in same issue, contacted customer service was told tree problem is resolved and tree is healthy. Planted next to a healthy apple tree and lima bean plant, one week later, the fungal spread to my other tree/plant. It was a disaster. And this time they issue a complete refund.

Shipped quickly well protected packaging looking forward to see how it will grow and bloom next Spring. Will shop again in the future

Plants are healthy and lovely, and customer service is the best anywhere!

I got 3 small Italian Cypress trees in tall skinny box. Everything was well packaged but the tops of the trees seemed bent. I'm sure they'll straighten out as they grow. I'm very happy with the product so far! No issues

I ordered two trees: Coconut Palm Tree 3 gallon & Dwarf Cavendish Banana Tree 3 gallon and both had brown dying leaves and were not as healthy as expected.

I'm very pleased at the quality of products and great shipping care by FastGrowingTrees. With increasing heat, I am pushing my friends to plant more trees.

The tree looked like it was dropkicked on its way here but I was able to repot it. I had a question and sent photos but I never received a response. The tree looks good even though a bit crocked.

I was reluctant to order a living plant on the internet, but our landscaper recommended this site. We wanted a Korean Lilac for a small space in our back yard and were having trouble locating one in our area Garden Shops. The website is very informative and user friendly, so we took the plunge. Love this little tree. It was delivered in great packaging that protected the tree. We had a couple of questions and received excellent service over the phone. The tree looks great. I can't wait til spring to add some more trees and shrubs.
