Ordered the 4- pack of Black Knight Butterfly bushes over the phone. Great experience with that. Package arrives via FedEx in a not so perfect condition. FedEx driver hands off the package and said he has no idea what happened. Upon opening the plants look pretty rough and distressed. I planted them anyway and within 4 days they were completely dead. Spoke to customer service and they apologized and offered to send full replacements. No problem. 3 days later while expecting delivery, I received an email from FedEx stating the package was damaged in transit and would not be delivered. Now I just want a refund abd will purchase plants locally. I don't believe it is the fault of FastGrowing Trees but the problem lies with shipping FedEx.

I have ordered several different fruit trees from this company and have always been quite pleased with the products received. The shipping is fast, the packaging is good and my trees always arrive in good condition.

Extremely satisfied with the process of getting 20 trees. They were boxed well only had one come damaged trying to get it to takeoff. If not, I'll reach out for the one year warranty. The damage is not caused by the packing is caused by the shipping FedEx destroyed two boxes

Plant came in time, box was safe, nothing wrong with the plant or the box. Everything was delivered as normal, plant is growing well and is a surprise for a (soon-to-be-returning-home) plant-loving opera singer, so I am looking forward to see how she reacts to her new Monstera.

I purchased a Leland Cypress 6-7ft and am very impressed! Ordered on Saturday, received Wednesday. Shipping was fast and packaged very well. My tree arrived in great condition. It's been almost a month since planted and doing wonderful.

I purchased a tree for $195.00 (with several discounts), and it will take about 5 years before it's an actual tree.

I had one tree arrive dead. Just sent in a picture and they resent me a new one immediately.

When the plumeria arrived I was a little concerned. It kept dropping leaves and looked very sad. I called and was told to send pictures and to give it a little time. If it did not improve they would make it right. The plumeria is now putting on leaves and looks beautiful. It has been a month. I am repotting this weekend.
My only complaint is not knowing the color of the blooms. It would be so easy for them to label as they are cutting and then send you the color. This I don't understand, but overall so far so good.

I purchased a Dogwood tree and it arrived rather quickly. In only a few weeks, the tree was really struggling. After sending a picture to their customer service team, they offered to send a replacement tree without having to jump through hoops. I'm very glad I purchased through this company.

I ordered 7 trees. 6 of them have done beautifully and one never really took off. After a month I reached out to them because it had wilting leaves and no new growth- unlike all the other trees. Within a week I had a replacement tree that looks very healthy.

To my surprise, the plants were larger than I thought and so healthy. The instructions were helpful and kept me from doing research on line as I have trust issues with AI telling me what works. I'll definitely use this company again!

I ordered 9 trees and lost 3. The ones that survived are flourishing. The shopping packing was amazing and most of the plants were healthy looking when they arrived. Not sure why three died when all were planted in same area and treated the same. I look forward to the guarantee for replacement. I love this company.

FastGrowingTrees ordering process was straightforward and everything they promised was on point. The tree was delivered within 2 days of shipping and it arrived in perfect condition as if I picked it out myself at a garden center. The bonus was that it came exactly on my wife's birthday and she was thrilled!

Recently I bought 6 pack hydrangea. One was dead and others 5 small and yellow. I just posted a comment on it. They sent me another 6 packs. That was a huge surprise. Thank you for the great customer service. I surely will buy more plants from you.

Ordered two trees, one was dead on arrival the other is still fighting. I was offered a replacement for the doa tree said yes and received the wrong tree (2) intact. Called again was asked if I wanted a replacement said yes again, received the tree with red dots all over the leaves. Didn't call again as I could only imagine what would show up. But...I've got three trees I didn't want so life is good. Get your collective acts together.
