I bought two Pomegranate trees. One is growing heathy and good. The other didn't do well and dried out. I simply called and the staff was very helpful to replace another Pomegranate tree. I feel what a relief and appreciated for no extra cost.

I bought a couple of trees as a present for my daughter. We grot prompt service and my daughter is very satisfied.

The plants showed up dead; another order remains unfulfilled. I reached out to customer service and heard nothing, but get tons of emails asking me for reviews...

The FedEx delivery person ignored the instructions on the box, damaging one of the plants. Fast Growing Trees replaced the plant quickly with no hassle. Great customer service! I've got more plants to buy in the future and I will buying them from FGT.

Very easy to order quick delivery, however the tree is not growing it's leaves are turning yellow & falling off.

Very nice and helpful- one of my trees was almost dead on arrival - it was replaced - I sent a picture. The associate said we will send another and apologized saying they were having trouble with the weather being so hot. I received a new tree - one week later.

Trees arrived infected with a fungus. Told the seller, included pictures, and no response.

Tree showed up in terrible shape. Had to cut the a dead leaf immediately. Waited a few weeks and the other leaves had died so I cut it to the ground. It seems to be growing another pup but that pup isn't doing well either.

Ordering and receiving of our plum tree went extremely well. We were quick to get in the ground will a lot of care and have kept it watered daily. The leaf edges were a little brown when it arrived but we figure that was from the stress of shipping. The tree seems exactly as it was when it arrived. No new growth. Is this expected? When should we worry?

The ordering and shipping was very professional. The complaint on one of the plant sapling was delt with immediately and a replacement was sent.

The plants were all wonderful! Very healthy and arrived quickly in great packaging. I had questions and when I called they were so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this business for any and all of your plant needs.

I bought a dwarf mulberry bush and it arrived very healthy. I planted it 2 months ago and so far it is doing great! And the deers have not eaten it...yet anyhow!

I have always been more than satisfied with all trees and shrubs that were delivered. Never had any issues. The one year warranty is amazing! One shrub did not make it in the delivering process and was nonalive when it arrived. I sent customer service an email with a couple photos of the unalive shrub hoping to have it replaced and within 30 minutes my account was credited full price of my order with a sincere email from their plant expert, Wesley. No questions asked. This kind of customer relations just does not exist anymore in this day and age. I will continue to remain a loyal customer because this business has integrity. I will never by my outdoor bushes, trees, plants anywhere else.

When I had trees and bushes arrived they were in good shape and looked good. When a few of the trees did not make it after a few months I contacted customer service and they sent out replacements quickly and no cost.

Very satisfied with customer support, the support agent was very responsive, quick to take action.

I needed to replace a good-sized Euonymus bush and could not find one until I visited Fast Growing Trees. The order was processed quickly and I received the new plant in excellent shape. It now has a proud position in my garden and is thriving.

Trees arrived as described, one was a little beat-up, buts is growing now

We ordered two mimosa trees and they showed up in one box, packed head to toe. Many of the limbs were crushed on arrival and the plants were dehydrated. They were packed in moist soil with plastic wrap around them but were shipped during a very hot, dry weather spell so suffered during the shipping. We have planted both of them. One has experienced some new growth and one has not.
