Warranty was honored for dead trees. Took pictures and sent in. Replacements were sent promptly.

I ordered a black knight butterfly bush on or around 6/26/2024 I received bush on 7/3 and even though I potted it still has no new growth and no leaves. You made it right and sent me a replacement bush on 7/9. That bush looked rough also but I potted it and finally have a few leaves. I doubted it would but I am still hopeful. Once again I addressed this with your company and you sent me a credit which I applied towards a lavender bush which is doing great. So thank you for making it right.

Though we bought our little tree in the dead of summer, it was in rough shape when we got it. Might want to reevaluate your potting material to hold more moisture.
However, we prepared his spot very well and in a few weeks it was sprouting new leaves and looks very cute now.

We purchase all our trees and shrubs from FastGrowingTrees.com. Every plant we have purchased has survived and thrived in our yard, and yes -- they all grow fast! They have a wide selection, including plants native to Pennsylvania, all at a reasonable price.

Got in contact with customer service about redeeming my warranty and had ZERO issues at all. I was given store credit to get another tree. Absolutely pleased with everything.

I initially purchased 6 trees, Brody Eastern Red Cedars, with jumbo root bundles. 4 were shipped on the same day, 2 shipped 2 days later. The first 4 arrived in great condition and survived FedEx! I'm not Impressed with the handling and care from FedEx. A couple of the boxes showed significant damage, and the instructions on the outside of the box were not observed. When i opened the boxes to inspect the contents, one of the trees soil contents had spilledout into the box.

The next 2 trees were delayed with no explanation. Even being shipped just 2 days apart from the first 4, one arrived over a week later, the other, over 2 weeks later! All that time closed in a box with no light or water! It doesn't matter how superior your trees are, photosynthesis cannot happen in the dark! Unfortunately the tree that sat at the FedEx facility the longest will not survive, the other is questionable.

I also ordered 2 more trees - Bloodgood Japanese Maples. They were both shipped in the same box. Not side by side, but at each ends of the box, and secured. The container arrived via FedEx, completely mangled. I opened the box to discover one of the trees snapped in half. Rather than keep complaining, here's what FGT did: April sent a new Maple at no charge, and it was superior than the first tree! She sent it fast! The container had minimal damage, the tree was superb!

Because of the customer service, I will absolutely purchase more trees and products from FGT!

When my plant came it was all ready dry and leaves were in very bad condition, I call and talk also and ask how can I send back I spend $52 and I have to garbage that plant no one gave me answer what to do I was watering and try to take care but then I gave up it was not growing so very much disappointing!

Received a wisteria tree in two days very well packaged planted the same day and now it is doing very well a little pricey highly recommend if you want quality

We purchased 4 trees 2 apple and 2 fig. Our one little tree is not thriving as the others are. Fast growing trees are so helpful and knowledgeable. We are hoping the adjustments we are making will give this little Gala a better start.

After my lime tree was misplaced by an unnamed carrier (FedEX), your customer service quickly got another sent out!

Nice root system, trees well started, have grown 4"since planting we have lousy soil hard pan 1ft down trees are doing well.

I ordered a beautiful I thought butterfly bush when it arrived. It was dead. I've tried to contact you several times about it with no help. I was under the understanding if I had a problem with the bush, it would be replaced. I had no help and no new bush.

Plants very small and many in poor conditions. Also way too much packaging.

Hi! I ordered a Crepe Myrtle and a October Glory Red Maple around the first of May. The Crepe Myrtle is doing Great, the Maple died. I called 2 weeks after the trees arrived and told the lady how bad the tree looked. She explained about how they can get distressed when in transit and said give it a few weeks. I did as she suggested, also watered and mulched the tree. It died. I called back and talked to her again and she was So nice. There will be a new tree shipped out to me next month. This lady, I wis I could remember her name, was so friendly, so helpful and so nice. I hope you have more like her working for you! A business keeping its' word and doing what it said it would is such a rare thing in these times.

I am still watching my PrarieFire crabapple for signs of life, but I love the careful packing, the prompt shipping, and the customer service FastGrowingTrees has delivered over my years with them. Other than the occasional unsuccessful tree, which I guess is to be expected, they've been great!
