I like the information you can see before purchase I'm not an expert gardener

The trees were broken and dry second time it was the same thing maybe even worse, i spoken to the representative and she was actually very nice, her name is Ashley and she arranged everything but the quality is far from good including the protection and the worse part was that second delivery I expected to be nice and actually it was worse and that was very disappointing.

The little bushes arrived in good shape. Can't wait to enjoy them!

Sent a beautiful tree first one was broken they replaced the next day

I really expected more of a blooming bush when paying so much for a 2 gallon plant. Not much of a bud on it at all. Will go to my local nursery next time.

The hydrangea I bought arrived in a very poor condition, with most leaves wilted and yellow. However, I decided to give it a try and transplanted into a large he with a good soil mixed with compost, added transplantation aid hormone solution and watered thoroughly. As the soil was alkaline, I added also some acidifier.

In less than a week all the rest leaves wilted. The plant looks dying. All other plants around it, including hydrangeas (in the same conditions) are thriving. Very disappointed.

I originally purchased 10 of the Thuja Green Giants and had a few not make it, I also did not contact Fast Growing Trees about the ones that did not survive as it had been more than a year. I did purchase 4 additional trees to replace ones that did not make it and they are doing great! The original trees that survived are doing amazing and I look forward to the privacy and shade these will provide in the coming years.

3 pine trees good quality, but Magnolia didn't look so great, underside of leave all brown and have been working to ensure we can get it back to health.

Diseased trees and a lack of accountability in dealing with diseased trees

Trees arrived before expected; welcomed. Packed and shipped with obvious care; welcomed. Directions on how to plant; welcomed. Too easy! This will not be my last order/dealings with FGT. 👍

The website and the support are very good, the trees were very disappointing

The tree was absolutely beautiful. The day my husband(who is a landscaper) planted it he dug an enormous hole to put it in and watered it well. We got up the next morning and went to check on it. Some time during the night a bear broke it in half. We are hoping that it will survive. Our area is plagued with bear and deer. We can't have a lot of flowers because of the deer, but are doing our best to landscape our yard.

I ordered three beautiful Summer Chocolate Mimosa trees. FGT allowed me to delay my delivery until I got home from vacation, since I live in Northern Nevada where the summers are super intense. My trees arrived via FedEx and while one box was a bit crushed, the trees arrived ready to pop in the ground and hydrated. They are all planted and budding has commenced. Very healthy, very happy. I will definitely order again in the spring.

My order was placed on line and it was processed in a very timely manner. The order was received early and the plant was very healthy. Very satisfied with everything.

I am in love with this company. I have bought thousands -easily $3,000-of dollars worth of plants from this company In the last one to two years. Their plants have all come very well packed and almost always (99%)very healthy. The plants that have not come very well they have made good on and also have worked with me to help make a plant survive the hardship it incurred in the transport. In addition, I've called this company many times regarding specific care and whether this plant really is appropriate for zone 7B in full sun of the desert of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have also reached out to this company to find out the root stock of some of the trees that they sent me and again they know this and they know the details of the stock. Would love to work for them because they have the same work ethics that I have and the great customer service that I believe in. And I'd love to work for them just so I would know as much as they know!

I made a fairly large purchase and was very disappointed that one type of plant (6 of them) was missing, another type was dead (6 of them) and another type looked pretty roughed up (6 of them).
