I purchased eight Leland Cypress bushes at 6 feet tall and planted them all the same on the same day. Seven of them are thriving and one looks like it's about halfway dead. I called in and took pictures and sent them along, and although I purchased and planted these bushes in November Last year, which is roughly 10 months ago, they are sending me a replacement 6 foot Leland Cypress Bush for the cost of only shipping and taxes. I am so thankful for the no hassle replacement!

I ordered multiple knockout rose bushes. I am very happy with the service and product. I only had a difficult time unpacking them without breaking a few branches off. I'm sure they were packed as best as possible but they were all a bit tangled from the travel. Hopefully they will regrow next year

When I first order a tree, it arrived damaged It wasn't the company's fault it was FedEx's fault. I notified them and they sent me another tree right away and it was a smooth transaction definitely will start buying my trees from this company from here on out

To my pleasant experience to honor the warranty and replace my plant

I ordered four trees I'm was having trouble with two of them that died. I called and they replaced them hopefully they will grow.

They sent another one that was in worse shape than the original one i had.
They told me if i scratched the plant and it was green it was alive - it was green - but had one leaf that promptly fell off. To say i am disappointed is putting it mildly - for the price i paid i expected at least a tree that was thriving not half dead. Will not order again from them

Bought 2 black pepper plants in 1 gal pots.
They seem healthy and have new growth on them.
No fruits yet but they are only 2 feet long.
Transplanted them and have them under my grow light indoors.

Trees arrived in good shape, and dealings with customer service were excellent.

I just started buying shrubs and trees from this company and so far everything is going very well. They come quickly via delivery and well packaged and preserved. The plants look very healthy and I'll make another review in six months to a year.

I ordered 12 spreading Yews. They arrived quickly and healthy looking. Put them in the ground per instructions and the seem to be doing ok. A couple of brown spots but pruned them off and so far all is well. I ordered an additional 6 more to complete along with two ornime tal trees. All doing well. So far very content with the products and delivery.

Ordered two tulip poplar trees. The boxes were absolutely mangled by the shipping company but the trees appeared ok. Planted them and they both died immediately. Contacted fast growing trees and they sent me replacements quickly. This box showed up in good condition and the trees are still alive so fingers crossed they stay that way.

Good pricing, quick shipping. 2 items arrived damaged, but were quickly replaced when I reported the issue. I've recommend fast growing trees to many who have asked about where we got our plants.

I purchased a 6 foot Crape Myrtle tree and, within 2 days of receiving it, I planted it. It had a couple green leaves and really looked "sad". However, based on others reviews, I was very hopeful that the tree would spring back. In 3 weeks, it really has. There is a lot of new growth, from the bottom to the top. It doesn't look like the same tree I planted! Of course, the true test will be how it handles a northeast winter and what happens next spring. So far, though, it is the "dead" tree that could!
