I purchased 16 Evergreen trees two years ago and forgot the name. Lisa was very happy to help find what I was looking for. I was very excited to receive my new tree's which were in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Fast Growing Trees to everyone.

I ordered a Meyer lemon and bass avocado tree. Neither were in good shape on arrival-the lemon tree has bounced back a bit, but the avocado tree is in really bad shape. I figured I'd be better off ordering from this company, based on what the website touts, but I don't recommend it. The trees at local box stores are in better shape and have actual fruit. These arrived skimpy and dying.

Paid $200 for six ft tree that ended up being six ft of half dead stick. Feel very ripped off and will never purchase from them again

I've always had very good luck with fast growing trees and plants. But his last two shipments the boxes were crushed and so were the plants. All are planted, fingers crossed we will have happy plants!

I ordered 5 brode cedars in August. Our trees didn't arrive on the date scheduled. After a few weeks, we called and found out that the size we ordered has a problem. We got the next size down with a discount. Our cedars arrived with 3 in good shape and 2 in adequate shape. Three weeks ago, I ordered a black gum tree. It arrived with black spot fungus and the leaves had been eaten by a beatle. We called and they did send a replacement which also had black spot. Customer service is great, the products I've ordered have been very poor quality.

Our first delivery did not arrive to us, apparently got damaged while shipping. The second delivery was one tree short, and I have been told it will be delivered a couple times with no shipping email yet. Hopefully the person I spoke with today during chat will get this issue resolved.

All the tall grass is not growing they all have been planted and they are all dead most of the trees are growing nicely

I've ordered probably a dozen trees or shrubs in the last two years. The care FastGrowingTrees takes to shipping live things is incredible, like when its too hot here they will delay shipping so it's safe. Some trees arrive crinkled and thirsty but seemed to rebound alright. Only one issue post-planting and they addressed it as soon as I emailed them and I'm extremely satisfied.

The entire process was great. I could find all the important info for all the plants I was considering, even filter my search for my zone and the types of plans I was looking for. The website is very informative and easy to navigate. Placing my order was so simple. Can't wait for my plants to get here!

On a positive note: Plumeria shipped and had arrived sooner than expected. Plumeria was smaller than I had expected and had arrived with two yellowing leaves and one had fallen off in transport and no flowers or flower buds. To be fair and objective the description on the website does read "may not have flowers when shipped" [paraphrase].

I called customer service and was advised to repot in 10 days. The plumeria has put out at least one new leaf with another coming out now. Have not repotted yet due to a couple more leaves yellowing and falling off, so I am waiting for the plant to stabilize more before repotting.

Treearrived highly pruned, just a straight stick really. Tiny root ball but seemed very healthy. It's outside now but it's got plenty of new growth in the last 3 weeks. Seems like a winner.

Purchased 6 Blueberry Bushes last year and had good experience. Decided to buy 6 Rose bushes behind the Blueberries to attract bees. The delivery was different this time. Roses in box had some broken limbs and some buds were at the bottom of the container (appears shipper might have had some rough handling)?
As I planted each Rose bush I noticed that as I removed them from the pots the bottom half of each soil fell off and had to gather to place the plant on top in each hole. I watered each hole before each planting and watered thoroughly (the mulch) around each plant. I have a meter to check moisture and all check fine. Within 3 days there were no more buds (dissapointing). I contacted your Service for advice and because each bush seems to have healthy green stocks they advised 3-4 weeks wait since they belive plants were temporarily shocked.

Tree was packaged well. Planted in a pot growing slow at first but recently bloomed well.

Ordered 2 Haas Avocado trees for Zone 9b florida. One lived and one died. I called and sent in pics of the 2 trees and they immediately shipped a new Haas to me. It has since died as well but i believe that is because Haas hate my FL location. I also purchased several citrus trees and they are all doing very well and even set a few fruits. Great quality products.

Half dead when it arrived. Very small and certainly not worth the $. I will never order from you again.
