I ended up buying a local tree instead and only paid a little more for a tree double the size
Seem to be quality plants and I have purchased a variety and all were good when received.
The tree arrived in fine shape, but there were no instructions about that tree specifically. (Sun, partial sun, shade? How much water?). I planted it in my back yard and it seemed like it might be getting too much sun, so I put up on umbrella over it. It seems stiff enough, but I can't tell if it's healthy. The leaves look somewhat dusty. I'd appreciate more information about that species of tree specifically (Miracle Berry tree).
Sent a note. Bought 10,1 didn't survive. Would like it replaced.

I received two plants one was pretty beat up and so was the box I sent an email regarding this problem and have not received anything that as of yet.
For the price paid, I expected more then a stick with a few leaves.
Overall pleased: fast shipping, responsible packaging, and a very healthy tree upon arrival with one very important caveat. Looking more closely at the tree when planting, I noticed three encircling roots at the base of the trunk. Left to grow these roots can easily kill a tree. I cut them, and more time will tell the consequence of my action. So far I've just had one branch die. The tree obviously is very young, so I'm hopeful.
Okay but not rushing back to order again. Quality was fair to poor.
The first purchase was delvered in perfect condition. Condition. The second was not but the company replaced it immediately. I am very.satisfied and will buy more.
I wanted 3-4' hybrid willows but only the more expensive 5-6' ones were available. Purchased and they arrived a week later with the boxes obviously bent in half at some point. All 4 willows were broken including the main shoot and the branches. I sent them pictures, they sent me 4 more trees and they showed up the same way. We will see how they handle this issue as I just sent pictures of the trees. I am not optimistic. The deal was that I purchased 4 5-6 hybrid willows and that they would ship them to me. I assumed that they would be healthy and not damaged. Has not been the case twice.
Trees are beautiful and easy to order. They arrived on time and once planted are showing signs they are growing.
This tree was not at all the same quality as previously received. Smaller and leaves not healthy and trunk not color supposed to be.
We ordered some Aspen and a Ginco tree from the site earlier this month.
The trees came and were essentially small (yet tall, to meet the height listed) sticks with 5-10 leaves each. This is not an exaggeration. They were planted within an hour of arrival. One died within 3 days. The others are … dying. The prices are compelling- but you get what you pay for!
First the company's response time and efficiency is extremely poor.
Second the plants shipped were in very poor conditions. They came in a box that was beat up.
Third two of them had bugs. That part cost me a lot. I had bugs from these plant infiltrate my garden and destroy other plants. I have never seen some of these bugs before. I ended up pulling my garden for the rest of the year. Pretty upset about that. I reached out to the company and got a email saying they would let me know shipping confirmation. That's all. No details nothing. At this point I just want my money back.
Last thing. How are they able to send plants across state lines with bugs. They could cause a massive issue to locals farmers.
Liked the easy use of website. Plants arrived well packaged and in beautiful condition, ready to plant.

I have recommended you numerous times. If there were any problems they fixed them right away.
I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times and this last order was a little bit disappointing. The trees looked dead and branches were broken off. They replaced them with new trees that were also looking dead and branches were broken. I suggest you pack them better for shipping. I am nursing the trees to see if I can get them to look better and put on new growth. Customer support was very helpful and replacements were received in a timely matter.
Had a couple issues with the shipping, customer service was on top of it.
