Great customer service and plants all arrived in good condition
3 of 4 trees arrived in good shape. 1 should not have been shipped. It arrived with brown needles and a broken leader. I planted it anyway and its condition has worsened. I have planted enough trees to know it's not going to make it.
My trees came earlier than expected and were planted the next day. They look great after two weeks and we can't wait to see some fruit!
When the trees arrived packed into boxes, I was worried that they would be broken, dried out, and unhealthy. But these trees were in perfect condition and healthy. I planted them two weeks ago and they are already showing signs of new growth.

I called customer service because they cancelled one of two tree deliveries (PawPaw) because they didn't have the inventory. I wanted to cancel the other tree, because a PawPaw requires two trees to fertilize. They told me it had already shipped and couldn't be cancelled (same day they cancelled the other one for lack of inventory?), but it would arrive Monday and I could refuse the delivery. They set up a scheduled call to call me back on Monday to discuss and make sure everything was ok.
I stuck around Monday all day, no delivery. Also, no call. Tuesday I'm at work, tree is delivered. No call. Now I have a tree...that won't fertilize, and they never called me (as THEY set up and said they would). They didn't offer to sell me another tree at the same price when they came back into stock. They didn't offer to let me know when they in fact came back into stock. What they did, it tell me they would call, and didn't. They told me it would be delivered and I could refuse it, and it wasn't and I couldn't. And no one ever called. Sadness and gloom. Say what you mean and mean what you say (but don't say it mean).
We have now used Fast Trees several time and were very pleased with each order. Trees come on time and as described. Once one broke in the shipment box. All we had to do is call and send a photo of what arrived, and Fast Trees rapidly replaced the tree with another.
Ordered the first butterfly bush that didn't make it because of extreme Texas heat. Got our replacement in late September, and so far, so good!
My peach trees arrived and didn't survive the transport very well. I took a photo, sent it to the customer service email and almost immediately, I received a response, indicating two, new trees would be sent. I was also told I could keep the damaged trees and received advice about how I might be able to save them.
I highly recommend fast growing trees! Their trees are large and healthy, and if they aren't, they are quick to make it right! Excellent customer service and very high quality trees! I was so satisfied when they sent me a quick replacement for an unhealthy tree, that I ordered another tree!
I have by now ordered many trees and shrubs from FGT and MANY other online nurseries. FGT is now my go-to if they have the plant that I want. The baby giant arborvitae I ordered for a privacy screen earlier this year were all super healthy and tall, shipped quickly, and have grown more than a foot already!
The moonglow juniper was beautiful and full, and the white pine I planted in late spring has doubled in size. My chokeberry shrubs look great so far, and I was glad to find the cultivar that I wanted for such a great price.
I was nervous about ordering from online nurseries when I started to landscape a new property myself for the first time, but I have so much more confidence now that I have found places like FGT. Already making my list for next spring!
We have ordered A number of trees, bushes & plants in the past 20 + years. We keep the office gate closed for security reason. U P S will call us approximate time of delivery & if we are not on property we will meat them@ 1 of their deliveries. Our last tree took quite A bit of driving. Fed ex had moved. *******749 is answered 24 / 7. We would appreciate you putting this on your records. We were 1 1/2 days putting the tree in ground. Thanks Edmon Nelson NESafg.com.

We have been trying to nurse the 2 bamboo plants back to health for 3 weeks. They arrived dry as a bone with more brown or dead leaves than green. I don't think they will make it.
Came in quick. Healthy and adorable.
Only thing i did not like was having to add more to my review.
Recently I moved to a new home, leaving my favorite, well established fig & lime trees at my previous home. I couldn't go through life not having my favorite fruit of figs or my refreshing Mexican key limes. I was very excited to find them available at FastGrowingTrees.com. The trees arrived in great shape & QUICK. My order & delivery was flawless & look forward to figs & limes in the near future
FedEx was very rough with our trees in delivery and we took pictures of the damage and y'all replaced the tree in the next day or two. We really appreciate the great service.
