The tree I bought, and it was repotted is in perfect condition and I'm very satisfied with it. This company was anxious to be helpful and by call and questions were answered without impatience.
Our trees we got were delivered fast and healthy to our home.

Bought a blue spruce for my backyard. Within a few weeks, it caught a fungus and wilted over. I Sent a picture to Fast-growing trees and they sent me a more-mature seedling. No questions asked!
Ater seeing a BHG yard design that I liked and changing it up for the setting I had chosen, I was left to find the anchor tree and supporting shrubs. Did not have much luck sourcing locally, so I looked online and came upon FastGrowing Trees. Prices seemed okay, but still a little uncertainty about all going smoothly, from shipping thru planting. Had a great conversation with one of their agents and everything kinda just fell into place. I am a couple of weeks post planting, and I am already seeing some growth on the supporting shrubs. I think I even see a hint of growth on the anchor tree. Fingers crossed!
I ordered 5 thuja green giants 12 days ago. 2 are almost dead. They came in vibrant but as days goes by they start to die. I gave it a chance maybe its shipping shock or transplant shock but the other 3 are ok.
My bottle brush tree and my Sundance Tecoma are beautiful! Arrived in great shape and are thriving in the ground. This is my third order and I could not be happier! Thanks, FastGrowingTrees!
Came as advertised, and that little puppy after about a week and a half in the ground has come alive. I'm almost sorry that I don't need another tree, it's been kind of fun.
Buying and delivery were good, but the trees seem weak, I'm having to support some of them after over a week in the ground. And three just look thin and small, the others were fuller.
The two trees I ordered arrived in good condition this time shipped separately. The first shipment of the trees arrived two trees in the box with the root ball pots on either end. The box was crushed and bent over. One tree was broken 12" from the root ball while the other had 12" broken from the top. I called customer service and they promptly replaced both trees. The issue was with the shipping carrier. So in the future I will order trees one at a time to ensure safe handling.
Our olive tree has been wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the shipping company but you all took care of it quickly and more than fairly. You have just made a loyal customer out of me!
My tree is beautiful. It lost its leaves on the trip in the box. I planted it and within 2 weeks it was sprouting new leaves. I am very happy with my Chocolate Mimosa
It was easy to select and purchase the appropriate items to add to my yard.
Ordered a cherry tree for my grow zone. Planted the tree exactly as instructed. Shortly after planting, all off the leaves feel off and branches died. The tree was watered every day for the first two weeks with adequate drainage. Due to this experience, I'll be buying locally from now on.
I received my tree timely, but the packaging was terrible. The top 18 inches of a 6 foot tree was smashed. I tried to repair with bracing and saran wrap, but the tops have appeared to not survive. I will see in the spring. I didn't bother to contact the company since I pretty much knew that the answer would be the tree will survive and nothing can be done.
We order a couple red maples and a couple of dogwood trees and all four trees arrived quick and in good shape. The dogwood trees were bigger than expected, although one of them was looking a bit rough shortly after we planted them. Overall all four seem to be doing well now and look great so we are hoping they will do well through the winter and take off next spring.
Positive experience, tree was healthy leaves green one small branch broke but everything else was fine.
I purchased 3-4 ft arborvitae trees for my front yard. Trees came 2 /box and were in great shape. I will order from them again.
Package was opened, Plant almost dead and you took money from account with out any reason.
