Fantastic service and trees. I was extremely happy with the company.

Delivery was good and it was quick. Plants arrived looking good except for 1. Planted within 24 hours of delivery. Watered and then automatically watered by the sprinkler system. Two of the Burning Bush plants lost all or most of their leaves in the first week. Hoping they come back. Some browning that I think will go away with the Arborvitae plants.

Order was delayed. Some trees arrived, others days later.
The packaging was questionable and some boxes open. Some trees leaves had already turned brown.
Overall, not very impressed.

Love my little autumn cherry tree. It came in good shape and is doing very well. My husband planted one at our home before he died in March. I had to get another one for outside my new window as a memory of him. Can't wait to watch it grow. The other tree was only a year old and I was not able to watch it during the seasons as I was busy with his care.

I purchased a new tree as well as a few shrubs to replace a tree that fell over in a store. The tree arrived promptly and looks to be flourishing with new buds and leaves after a few weeks. The shrubs ended up being on backorder and have not yet arrived. Past trees that I have purchased from FastGrowingTrees have done really well in the yard and made a positive impact.

The trees were packed so that no one besides a magician capable of levitating the could have delivered them without damaging them. They were in a long box, on their sides, crown to crown, with poorly sealed bags. I spent $380+ for this. I am deeply disappointed.

It's been good. Haven't had a single tree die on me yet. Ready to plant them but ima let them get used to my property

Had an issue with one of the 10 trees we bought and it was rectified quickly and fairly.

The service from this company is awesome. The trees are shipped quickly and they come healthy and vibrant. When a couple trees did not thrive, they replaced with the same great service.
They have lots of information online to help you and customer service representatives that are available to help. One year guarantee is the best anywhere.

If the tree is alive and growing in the spring it will be worth the cost.

I was worried about having my trees delivered as I was out of town and wouldnt be able to plant them for at least a week. The trees were packaged so they remained healthy. The root balls were still moist after a week, and They are healthy and strong. I've ordered trees from other nursery's before and they didn't fair so well. FastGrowing trees gave me tips on how to plant them, and how to care for them. I'll buy all my trees from FastGrowing trees from now on.

Good condition of plants, if there is a problem, they solve it very quickly

I purchased 3 Aurora blueberry plants for some screening (and fruit) in my yard. I live in zone 6. I received my order quickly with great packaging. However, only two plants were Aurora, the third was a Brightwell blueberry bush. Honestly, not a big deal except the Brightwell bush is hardy in zones 7-9. I attempted to call customer service and finally left a message for a call back (never received). I emailed them, no response. Resorting to a review in hopes that I can resolve this issue.

Overall I've been super impressed with Fast Growing Trees. The baby giant arborvitae I ordered came in a pretty narrow box for that tree and one of the largest branches on it was broken because of the compression. But I understand that shipping trees has its challenges.

I received my order in good time. My plants were healthy and looked great.

I ordered a 4 pack of quaking aspens. I only received 2 at first. The leaves did not look good. The trees seems shorter than I purchased. I called and they said the other two were on the way. If I didn't get them in 2 days, call back. Well, I called back 4 days later. They were not shipped. Then they did ship them and those 2 were much bigger and full of leaves. I will see how the other two look in the spring before calling them for a replacement.

Plants came in ruined. You did refund my money but won't use you again.
