The Autumn blaze maple died and they replaced it like they said they would. I also bought other trees with that same order that are thriving well.
Making cust pay shipping on bad trees is bad practice if fast growing trees expects future business from unsatisfied customer
The trees I have ordered in the past have been very nice, healthy.
We purchased 5 trees. The 2 fruit trees do not look good, but we feel secure knowing that you guarantee. We're giving them time to see if they will grow their leaves back.
Receiving a replacement if it dies in transit or fails to grow and having a fulfilled satisfied plant makes anyone happy.
Fast shipping & very healthy trees! I'm so pleasantly surprised at the last 3 trees I've received. Well packaged, no damage and they seem to be doing well although it's only been a few weeks. The one-year warranty makes me comfortable ordering online. So far all positive things for this company!
I was so pleased that my purchase from Fast Growing Trees was perfect from start to finish: easy to order, very competitive prices, and very healthy, beautiful plants. I've already placed another order and used multiple discount codes. WIN, WIN!
I had a very bad experience last year with a tree dying just outs the one-year guarantee... I am trying one more time and if I have trouble this time, it will be the last
Your company is very reliable and the plants are packaged up good.
Ordered 4 Italian Cypress. Arrived in healthy condition and are currently thriving. One was extremely bent and it took some work to correct
Occasionally delivery was so delayed in transport with FedEx that plants never arrived or were brown.
All but one tree survived. Ginkgo tree died after 2 years. All flowering crab trees are doing well..
Even though the mistake was FedEx's they resent a shipment that never made it to me with no hassle. A lot more than I can say for FedEx.
Fast delivery. Plants did well for then I Had to re grade and tear up my whole yard so … starting again 🌱
Plants always arrived well packaged and alive.
However, after a while weather too cold, too hot have killed them.
Great salesperson on prior order. Unfortunately, hydrangea leaves quickly turned brown; but, I cut off dead stems and now see healthy baby plants growing quickly up again. All Thuja and Azalea arrived nice and healthy. Unfortunately, 8 out of the many Thuja have lost needles, turned brown, and seem very dry - even though we watered deep every morning. We did have 2 weeks of high temps. The rest of the Thujas remain healthy and we're hoping they continue to root well. We have sandy loam soil w/ good drainage and mixed with non-manure compost. We tilled soil before planting. We have not asked for replacements yet - hoping that rooting will eventually be successful in few more months and hate to write off these living things yet. So, that's the up and down. The final up is ordering more Thujas; but, could only afford the 4ft ones. Btw, we ordered Thujas about 15yrs ago from FGT and they are standing strong and tall. They are higher than our power line; so, we will be topping them a bit and have learned this will help lower limbs fill out even more with leaves. G&B - San Jose CA
I do not have anything more to add to the above post
I but I believe eight of them and dug a hole made sure that it was deep enough spread them apart accordingly. The first week they looked great we got a lot of rain by the second week they were turning brown and now all but one of them is completely browned and non salvageable. I'm going to try one more time cuz I really want to try these trees for privacy reasons and I'm hoping it goes better this time
I've had very good experiences with Fasting Growing Trees, always good quality trees and the prices and service are 2nd to none!
