I've ordered several times. Only once did a plant not make it and it was replaced without issue.

Everything I've bought from here has perished instantly. Your customer service is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with people who have no idea what they're doing. I've spent a ton of money here and can't even get the credit I need to replace the amount of plants that have died. I cannot wait to get what I'm deserved back from this company so I can take my money else where

I bought several trees to establish my new yard exactly the way I wanted. I choose where to source them from by recommendations from locals. The packaging was amazing, and I deal with another industry where packaging is vital! That gave me confidence from the get go.

Delivery was a problem. Plants were delivered and left outside our property on a public sidewalk. Missing grow kit for raspberry trees but never heard back from you.

No problems with previous orders. Only recent order had one tree that died and another that I'm not sure about.

I ordered quite a few plants including 8 hydrangeas. All arrive well packed and undamaged. The plants were healthy and so far are doing well in the ground.

I love FGT! I spend a ton of money here and the returns are exponential! Shade trees give me lower utility bills, privacy trees save on privacy fencing, fruit trees are amazing for health!

I ordered a cherry tree, granny smith apple tree, and a red delicious apple tree and planted in late fall 2025 here in NC zone 7b/8a. They all flowered this spring and gave me 5 cherries, Granny Smith gave me one apple, and the red delicious gave me 5 apples. Very happy with the results.

Purchased confederate jasmine and one died. You sent replacement and it is still growing strong.

Everything I've gotten has been great. Now my grandchildren are at the age where they can enjoy watching things grow and pick and eat the fruits

I have always been happy with what I have received and when I had plants die (2 out of many) they were replaced easily under the guarantee.

I have never had a plant from fast growing trees fail to thrive.

All good and they took care of my issue right away today!
