Good value and great details around the items listed
After ordering 30+ plants from FGT, only 1 plant arrived out of the pot & dirt at opposite end. I took photos of condition & damage to plant, made a phone call & 3 days later I had a beautiful new David Austin climbing rose in perfect condition, just as all other plants.
Great service. Always respond to customer requests and complaints. The plants delivered have always been spectacular.
My concern should have beeb handled well the first time I reached out.
