Always sure of getting a person who cares to respond to any problem.
The plants I ordered all arrived healthy looking and seem to be doing well. Shipping was pretty fast for as many things as I ordered.
I thought the price that I paid was great for knock out roses
Purchased previously, want to add more to my property. Love the beautiful aroma!
Other trees Ive ordered were healthy and growing well.
Ordered 10 lavender plants in September 2025. They arrived in the dead of winter, survived in a greenhouse, and still died — never even repotted from the cheap containers they were shipped in. Filed a warranty claim with photos of dead plants and spent over a month being bounced around with repetitive questions about watering schedules and sunlight exposure instead of anyone actually honoring their own guarantee. Their "Alive & Thrive Guarantee" sounds great on paper but in practice it's just a stall tactic. The only reason anyone pays these overpriced plant prices is for the warranty — and when you need it, they make you jump through hoops hoping you'll give up. Still unresolved. Save your money and buy local.
Wonderful. Unfortunately one of my 2 tulips tree previously purchased got hit with a late frost and died
Last tree I bought from you, a black gum tree, died in year 2. But since I'm not sure why, I'm giving it another go.
Some plants came dead because you ship with FedEx. They are terrible
I have had half of what i ordered arrive before my expectations in great condition. I have also had stuff arrive weeks late with no updates and in garbage condition. My Guava tree really doesn't look like its gunna make it and it will die if its going to outside the warranty which is unfortunate. The prices are sometimes amazing and sometimes confusingly overpriced. In general there has been as much good as bad. So im looking for the balance on positive to win the day. The experience over all is enough to keep frying.
I purchased a plant. The website states all plant guaranteed for one year. 3 months later the plant died. I asked for replacement and was told it was only covered for 60 days. Then was told they would make a one time exception and issue store credit. When I asked how much they said actually not doing a credit only a 20% discount on a future purchase. Also asked for where it says this plant is only covered for 60 days instead of advertised year. Never got it. Don't shop here. Plenty of other places to shop instead of these scammers.
I have ordered several hydrangeas from FGT and almost every order has arrived in great condition and as expected. The only order that didn't get it right the first time was quick to rectify with customer service and I got my desired plant quickly after - so no lost points!
Easy to order. Plant arrived in good shape and on time
Plants were healthy, sized correctly, & shipped promptly. Shipping was fast, but horrible. All staples torn from box, including those holding interior pots. Only a scant amt of cello tape applied to re-close, but this, too, failed. Tried to notify FGT, but was unsuccessful with that along with repeated problems with website, including today's order.
Tree arrived in timely fashion, planting instructions were detailed and specific, plant was in good shape
Wrong product shipped, problem was immediately taken care of
This is my first time so I can't rate you until I see the product
If your plants start looking weak or dying after during the first year demand they be replaced. My first order looked dying during the first year and I contacted Fast Growing trees and they said that was normal. I contacted FGTs after about a year and a half showing my plants were dead. They said that I was out of the warranty and only gave me a 30% discount for replacing the plants.
Last year, I ordered 2 lilac bushes as our local nursery closed and I had heard how awesome this company was from Chicks on the Right podcast. They arrived and I was surprised how small they were. One did not survive the winter. The warranty is not a refund, but you have to buy something else and be charged for shipping!
