Ordered a honeysuckle vine that arrived in perfect condition
I ordered four trees they came well packed and are all doing good.
Everything I have ordered in the past is thriving, although they initially go into heat shock by the time they get here and are planted. All have recovered except this rose bush; all leaves have dropped and very little of the stem is green.
Almost all the products purchased over the past four years have done wonderful. Excellently shipped. Amazing customer service and plant support.
Never had a problem with ordering and Fast growing trees have a lot to choose from
Most of my plants/trees have thrived and even the neighbors across the street used fastgrowingtrees based off my recommendation, however, a couple expensive trees didn't make it after the second year so I wish I'd have gotten the 3 year guarantee (not even sure if it was available back then). However, the AI and customer service was super helpful and even gave me a coupon code to use for a future order, so all is not lost.
There was a problem with the delivery of the avocado tree I had ordered and am waiting to see if the tee will bounce back and perk up.
The red bud trees arrived in good health and condition
I think I have purchased 5 trees previously and all thrived. That stat is far more resilient than local nursery's.
A couple years ago I purchased two delicious apple trees - one yellow and one red - both 4 - 5 ft. Although the red delicious had a bad encounter with a deer right after I originally planted it, both trees are doing great. Surprisingly, the yellow delicious apple tree actually blossomed this year.
Experience was good with company but 1st purchase wasn't shipped well. Second purchase was shipped better (8 total plants). Unfortunately, all but 2 died shortly after planting despite regular watering. Will try again.
Positive experience with well-packaged, healthy, well rooted plants.
Purchase was easy, shipping was fast and arrived in great shape. It grew and had 12" leaves, bad luck and weather gave me the fungus experience, No reflection on the seller just the weather.
I was able to easily find the plants that I was looking for and I love that Fast Growing Trees provides pretty much all the information you need to properly care for your plants and successfully grow them. I love all of the plant descriptions, the automatic one-year warranty that comes with your purchases and the delivery experience was the icing on the cake. You just really get what you pay for.
They grow fast, already 25' tall after 5 years, bought at 1' tall.
I placed several orders from your company in a close period of time. I was concerned about placing an online order for plants/trees, but decided to give it a try because of the replacement warranty. The roses I ordered were sent from the other side of the country and were in a box and shipping for a week. When they arrived they were close to being dead. I waited a week to see if they would bounce back before contacting your company per the instructions on your website. The replacement plants were sent from the SC location and arrived much quicker and the new roses are thriving. Today, I contacted your company because the 3 cherry trees that I purchased aren't doing well after several months( 1 is dead and the other two are showing the same signs). After sending photos, doing a scratch test and answering numerous questions to try to find out why they are not thriving. I was told it could be because I fertilized them. I explained that I fertilized them because that was the instructions that I received from your company's planting instructions and on your website. Your representative confirmed that's the instructions on your website and apologized for the incorrect instructions. I was then told they would be replacing the trees, but I would be responsible for the shipping. I don't feel that a customer should be responsible for shipping cost of a replacement item when it's likely not thriving due to incorrect planting/care instructions provided by your company. Very poor customer experience.
I'm very satisfied with the service I have received
Majority of plants grew well except the hydrangea and bamboo. Banana plants and roses grew exceptionally fast in Bowie Maryland.
Trees come in healthy condition, and the few that didnt were very easily replaced. Im very pleased to continue ordering from Fast growing trees!
