Very helpful in determining the status of my skip laurel plant and easy to get credit for 1 failing plant
When I purchased 20 boxwood bushes last spring (2026) at a "Sale" Price, the price dropped by 25% 48 hours later. I called Trees.com to request a credit adjustment on my specific order number. I was told a credit could not be offered. I had to go to the effort of cancelling the original order that had not shipped and reorder the same plants. The savings was over $80. The inability to offer a credit before product shipped speaks poorly of the customer service.

My experience has been good so far last order only one plant died. I would like a replacement at their convenience.
I got the 3 year survive and thrive guarantee, but for 2 trees in a row, they arrived dead or nearly so, The replacement trees were no longer covered by the 3 year guarantee, and I had to buy a new guarantee. Now I have purchased a lychee tree (the other trees were avocados) with the refunded gift card, but I had to buy a new guarantee again. I certainly hope this tree arrives and stays healthy.
Plants have died in summer heat due to my own fault. I love growing stuff, but at 86 years old it's difficult to always keep up with what I need to do. You shoukd offer senior and/or military discounts for old people like me.

Excellent healthy trees and bushes received in the past, so very happy to order again. The single issue I had (one hydrangea arrived with too many broken branches) was resolved very quickly and appropriately. A company shows its true colors in how a potentially difficult situation is handled. Trees.com passed that test beautifully. I will continue to order from Trees.com.
I find trees are healthy and there are a wide variety of selection available on this site.
All my purchases have been a pretty good experience. Out of 19 trees ordered, all but 4 have survived. I do recommend this company for it's good products, wide selection and quality shipping.

I've bought several apple, 2 peach, 1 plum. 1 cherry & 2 crab apple trees from you. All doing well. I also bought a pinkish purple rose of Sharon that arrived broken. You guys were wonderful sending a replacement, but… although the tree is growing well and it's covered with buds every year, they never actually blossom. They don't appear to be the color I wanted either.
