I've ordered several trees they always arrive in great condition.
The small ornamental tree that I bought in the spring arrived quickly and in great condition and is thriving.
My peach tree is thriving. At almost 1 year it had a fungus, and I asked advice on replacing it or trying to treat the fungus. I was told that "to be sure" I should redeem the warranty. The tree in question was out of stock, so I was given a store credit. I trimmed back the bottom half of the branches (the infected ones) and the tree recovered and grew a lot this summer. And now I have the store credit. I'm really grateful.
McIntosh apple tree and granny Smith apple tree both died sent pics and info with the red maple claim and I got ignored.
Can't rate yet because I just planted them last month when I see some growth I will rate then.
I love the guarantee and have used it 3 times, I am so glad to get top quality trees and packaged with care. Some are already giving fruit, great place to get your trees.
All my trees are thriving and arrived quickly and well packaged.
We ordered a number of our plants to landscape our new home and they have all settled in and grown well.
Two 1 gallon blueberry trees were delivered in a long box. The packer put one tree bottom at one end of the box and the other tree bottom at the other end of the box. The tops were intertwined. The box was smashed in and one of the trees tipped upside down when I put the box upright. Why not send the trees separately in its own box? I called customer service. They apologized for the haphazard packing and delivery. As a first-time customer, they made up for the issue with one free shipping. Good practice. I just bought a fig tree for my friend. The free shipping saved me $19.99. Way to make a customer happy to try your product again.
Awesome. Love the trees. Will order more in future.
I was looking for an interesting japanese maple. I was able to use the online information to find a tree that was beautiful and had a CHANCE of surviving its location in my NC backyard. The tree has grown slowly and steadily. Currently in a container, but ready to move from its container into the ground.
We have generally had good experience with the exception of one situation. Happy with the trees.
Found this company online and have been well pleased with past purchases.
Trees grew beautifully, and the peaches are tasty. I purchased again
Had a tree die. Ordered a replacement. I would suggest that the company also cover shipping as part of the "Alive and Thrive"
I recently purchased a weeping cherry tree and planted less than a month ago, so still waiting to see how things go. So far so good!
Provides details of plants and trees and coordinates with growing zones.
I have ordered previously and received beautiful plants. I planted and they are growing beautifully.
I have purchased trees from Trees.com (fastgrowingtrees.com) for years. I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend doing business with them.
All purchases have resulted in great additions to our landscape. Our only loss has been due to local underground pests. Even the gardenia we scorched due to an over zealous s'more fire bloomed beautifully and is growing back.
The best tree out of a 5 I bought was the June Gold Peach. All others were of lesser quality
I worry about my trees like they are a part of me. I always get good and helpful advice from Fast Growing Tress whenever I need it.
Shipping was trees were in very good condition very pleased
Plants were either larger or smaller than I ordered. Both caused problems 😔. Plants larger than I ordered were too big for the container they were in and the roots were unhealthy. Plants smaller than I ordered were a poor value for the cost.
