Had a plant that died-I bought a large quantity of plant. I followed all the steps required-I had to continue sending pictures and answering questions. It did get replaced.

We've purchased a number of healthy, vibrant plants from Fast-Growing-Trees; they arrive on time, and in good shape. Every tree has quickly adapted to its new surroundings and is doing great.

The last tree I got last year is still alive and healthy. It was a decent size too.

Received 4 azalea, 4 hydrangea, 2 dogwood... none of which made it. I have received Junipers and a baby spruce that survived.

I accidentally had my dad's raspberry plant sent to my house (in PA) while I was on vacation. I asked a friend to open the box and water it for me. When I got home, I sent it to my dad (in SC). It arrived healthy and fine. The fact that it held through a delay like that days alot about quality! Just waiting on muscadines to come back... 😊

I have ordered several items from this nursery. Everything arrives in very good shape. I had a problem with an order that kept showing delayed. I contacted the company. They apologized and I had my order a couple of days afterward.

They send usually very nice plants, but the guarantee requires you to pay shipping costs which is a disadvantage.

Had concern over plants that arrived root bound and possibly wont survive, was reassured by the easy process of taking pix and texting them. Also, was granted the discount on a previous order for which i forgot to add the discount code to so i was refunded a couple hundred dollars which was important and valuable to me. I of course come back over and over for more trees and plants for this reason.

I thought for the price the rhododendron that I received was very small.Especially when I small some at a nursery close to home that were double the size for almost the same price!.

I have had good results with my previous purchases and I feel the quality matches the price points.

Some of my Leyland trees died. My Blue spruces arrived less than healthy. Representatives gave a hassle when trying to get them replaced.
