They are SCAM! Run away from them. They have teams to fight with your valid credit card dispute even they have not provided the services. Be very careful!
My husband ACCIDENTALLY booked the wrong date for a ball tournament and they refused to change date or give refund bc it was one day after the cut off date. The said they would look into it but after a month of communication back and forth, they said they can't refund bc it's past the cut off date. So the hotel didn't get the money, we didn't get the money back but Traveluro gets my money for doing NOTHING! They do not take any considerations so be careful if you book through them.
I was in the airport yesterday, which turned into one of the worst days in flight history with all the cancellations...including my flight. My friend and I had planned a trip to Vegas having never been. We booked a hotel via Traveluro and were so excited! Then our plane was canceled with no flight in sight to go out. I called Traveluro 3 times and all I got was a loop in recordings. It even said to "stay on the line to speak to someone" and nothing happened. I chose another option after calling several times. All it did was ring. I got on the website and sent a message to customer service. NOTHING. I firmly believe, like many other reviewers, that this so called company is a SCAM. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never go through them again. It was an expensive lesson that makes me sick to even think about right now.
So, I became ill and my trip had to cut short and hotel ensured me I will be able to get the refund if I contact third party company (Traveluro). This was back in January 2023. I have been trying to email and phone, but no reply or answer 5-6months later. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company and am out $1000 CAD. AVOID TRAVELURO
NEVER BOOK WITH TRAVELEURO. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND FOR WEEKS EVEN WHEN THE HOTEL ISSUES ONE THE DAY OF. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I get to the hotel they say they don't have any reservations for me.one and half hour after they can't find nothing I get late to my meeting...
Additional fees that they don't disclose to you in the confirmation email - you only see it once you go to the booking page that there are additional payments that are expected to be made once you physically check in to the hotel. Customer service is a joke, talk in circles, declined my request for refund even though I called literally within minutes of booking. They also declined my request to speak to a supervisor, or even escalate the issue. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I booked a hotel stay, which is non-refundable, but needed to change the day. I've had numerous back and forth phone calls and emails and they just string me along but never change the date! They say they will honor but when I call back they say the room is no longer available. They took my money and never came through with a revised reservation. Horrible business and I'll report to BBB. So not use this site! Better to pay more directly with the hotel than go through what I have! Beware.
I booked to save a whopping $60. We showed up at Marriott and they could not locate booking. Called Traveluro customer service #+1 *******798. You press 4 if you are having a problem and are at hotel. No answer! So in order to stay at the hotel we had to pay again! I have contacted Traveluro by phone and email and no answer. I have disputed the charge with my bank and waiting to see what happens. $1400 down the drain! Don't waste your time!
I booked the hotel room, after two minutes late, I received a confirmation email from the Traveluro. Immediately I realized I made mistake I needed 2 double beds room instead of the double bed room. I called customer service to change it and would pay the additional charge. But Traveluro said to contact the hotel to make a request if the hotel agree or not. The rooms are available, I called the hotel too, the hotel said I booked through the third party, and also the third party is easy to change it. But until 6-7 days later, Traveluro emailed me hotel rejected my request.
I contact them several times, sometimes nobody answer the phone, very bad customer service.
More then 1 month and i didnt receive my refunds, they dont answer the phone anymore, i had to pay twice my booking for 4 people international vacations. Give you a favor DO NOT BOOK WHIT THEM, THATS A REAL SCAM. YOU WILL LOST YOUR MONEY
I paid $390 for A hotel stay the hotel had roaches we moved two times and only stayed less than 24 hours. Hotel management really nice when I check out he said he would issue a full credit back $390 and now traveluro only want to give me back $120 dollars are they crazy?! They owe me back my res # *******. They are keeping my money and we weren't there! Filling a a full complaint with the better business bureau and all else.
A fraudulent service of a company. Have travelled numerous times and booking a reservation with this company has been by the far the worst experience of my life. Despite the hotel being accommodating the people at traveluro refuse to do any real work when making and changing a reservation. Called numerous times for them to just hang up on me and pretend that they can no longer hear me. Emailed plenty of times and they do not respond. Terrible people and terrible service. Avoid booking with them at all costs regardless of the price. They will ruin your entire trip and waste a lot of your time. Stay a way!
Better to book direct w hotel - it would have been the same price only I got the WORST room at Stamford Courtyard Marriott... concave mattress, ancient a/c loudly booming on/off all night but more annoying is after many attempts to speak with a rep - I could not get one on the phone! Never again w/ Traveluro!
Prepaid for a hotel room through Traveluro. Upon check in, hotel advised that Traveluro didn't pay them, so I had to pay hotel directly. Emailed Traveluro twice with no reply. Called them while checking in and waited 45 minutes on the phone with no one answering. DON"T USE THEM. I even have an email from the hotel saying that no payment from traveluro was received which is why they charged me directly. No refund from Traveluro and no return call or email. Stay away.
Please do not use their service.
I booked an hotel with them, Ramada Boston and the place was a dump with broken furniture dirty and stinky carpet, I went to the front desk they switched me to another one that was worst than the previous room and i wanted a refund and was told to call traveluro but when i called them they did nothing to help me get a refund, they've sided with Ramada.
Customer service was horrible, you are on your own once they took your money
They bill your card, and no booking at the end, endless processing, nobody cares, spent an hour trying to get my money back

Thought I was booking directly with hotel but somehow Traveluro got involved. I've never heard of Traveluro until I checked my bank acct. And saw that was the company that the payment went to. The room I thought I was booking for 114.00 a nite ends up costing me 143.00! Called Travelodge and they could not find a reservation for me (and this was two days later). They explained that Traveluro wasn't a part of their company and to call them. Told them I wanted to cancel but there was no refund available for this booking. Bunch of standard replies and ended up that I must of clicked on the wrong button. Mostly I was worried that I had been hacked. I wasn't even aware that there was a no refund policy until I called and tried to cancel, as I never received a receipt or even a viable confirnation number until until I called.
Traveluro is a very deceptive company. Dont even click on their booking offers because I also found out that will lure customers in with a really low price that doesnt even exist. I feel sorry for all their employees who have to work for this company.
Answer: They don't honor the insurance they offer through their website they want they won't let you change dates I probably won't do anything for you very piss poor customer service
