You have rooms available in the Ahwahanee Yosemite hotel. I called the hotel and was told the hotel was sold out. I am happy you were able to book a room for me.However, I initially received only a confirmation of the reservation from TravelUp. I requested from TravelUp a confirmation from the Ahwahanee Hotel; the responses that were emailed to me from TravelUp did not indicate that the Ahwahanee Hotel knew I was going to their hotel. I called the hotel and they did not have my reservation. This caused me to have a great deal of stress and anxiety for several weeks. I should have been told by TravelUp that it takes a week or two for the Ahwahanee Hotel to get the reservation information from TravelUp.

Absolutely awful service! If I could give a 0 star I would!
I booked return flights to bali with these and due to the flood in Dubai the flights got cancelled. Emirates have issued Travel up with a full refund of my money and also sent a disruption policy which they have been advised to follow expressing a full refund should be given to their customers. Travel up said that because I signed the policy before emirates sent the new disrupted policy I will now not receive £1300 of my refund! I am now taking action with IATA and the CAA as Emirates have told me to do so.

When I got to my destination resort happen to be that they did not found my reservation and they did not wanted to acomódate me so for that reason never wanted to book thru this web site again

The room at Temple Bar was unacceptably flawed with a water leak causing a wet carpet when I arrived. The room smelled wet as if this condition should have been corrected far before my stay. Because I made the reservation through TravelUp, they weren't able or willing to offer any refund. This is a big disadvantage of using 3rd party reservation sites like TravelUp. It puts a 3rd party between the customer and hotel making customer service difficult. Would TravelUp be willing to be my advocate to seek a discount for this terrible experience? This will tell me alot about whether to ever use this site again or not.

I am very upset with this website I booked a run for a specific date and they gave me the wrong date when I confirmed my credit card information. Buyer please Beware I tried getting a resolution and they told me no refund at all. What a scam

Booking was easy, however at check-in I was told I had to pay an extra $299 in resort fees that was not listed at the time of booking. So any savings was a joke. I paid more than if I had just showed up and asked for a room. So instead of $750 for 3 nights I paid over $1000.

I have no other but to leave a 1 star review having given TravelUp every opportunity to provide a clear answer as to what happened and a solution. I purchased business class tickets for a round the world trip in February via TravelUp. On checking in for long overnight flights from Auckland to Tokyo (via Sydney), I was shocked to find TravelUp had allocated me Economy seats. They have been evasive in terms of resolving my complaint, putting me on hold many times for 30 minutes or so, then promising someone will come back to me, but of course they don't. TravelUp must owe my business thousands of pounds but quite clearly do not have a moral compass. Avoid this agency like the plague, and go direct to the airline or to a more reputable agency.
