Awful experience!

Booking rooms was easy. However, getting information regarding the reservation was impossible—literally! Three times I reached out for help and was told reservation was confirmed. The night before travel I received an email saying sorry we can't confirm it but we will refund you. Three of us traveling for a family funeral and the night before we are left without a hotel. Website is not useful and sends the user in circles. All around worse service ever! Do not book through here!

Hotel under remodel- run down

Chose this place because convenient to location. Piles of flooring caulk in entrance. Room had just been cleaned but ceilings stained, and dead bugs in bathroom light fixtures. Mattress sagged. AC on/ off is very loud. Breakfast was OK. Would not recommend

The web site took me to a different city to book my rooms. I put in Jackson Ohio and the reservations were made in Perry Tx. I was told I couldn't get a refund of $170.31. Will not use Trivago again.

The reservation deposit was kept by travel up. When I cancel the same day within an hour they did not mention that to me. I only saw it in their cancellation email. So what a surprise the chargers on my card and what a surprise. Unpleasant one so I will not be using them ever again and I recommend no one else does either

Horrible Company

The U.S. State Department issued a warning that travel to Panama was not safe so the company that was organizing a conference there canceled. TravelUp would not refund my hotel deposit. I will make sure I never conduct any business with TravelUp and I will make sure that my company never uses TravelUp again.

First time

I'm concerned about the process. From what I saw online, my initial liability was $18+-– that was the part "payable". However, when I input my credit card info, the entire amount was charged. All in all, OK. I realize if I cancel it will cost me about $20. When I added my traveling companion, because he would be arriving in Lauderdale before me, that went OK I THINK – – even though it now says there are zero adults in the room. I would like confirmation that there is a complementary shuttle from the airport to the hotel, what number do we call to secure this shuttle, and also the cost of a shuttle to the cruise port. I called the hotel prior to securing this reservation online but I would like something in writing. Thank you.

Disney All Star Sports Resort

The food is overpriced & it sucks! In order to eat palatable food, I had to leave the resort. No drinks in the drink machine & all you offer are Coke products & Dasani water! Isn't this an all inclusive resort? If it is, they're failing miserably.
