We have planned for darjeeling trip from 23 rd may to 28th may 2020 and 30th may to 02nd june bhubaneshwar. Due to covid19 nationwide lockdown the entire programme was collapsef. The hotels as well as the sight seeing were clised. Due to this when i asked for refund they told that as per the cancellation policy nothing will be refundable. It is not my mistake and moreover i have not cancelled. They also not provided accomodation and sight seeing. In my experience i never see like this kind of agency. Very bityer experience

Hello

Dear TT team, for what you are asking of cancellation charges when property have refunded full amount without any cancellations and airline has amount secured for 1 year.
Attached are both proofs.
This cancellation is not from my side. This is due to COVID - 19.
What is my mistake in that? Also, If neither property nor airline is taking any charges, then why are you asking for a cancellation charge of Rs. 13,900 including travel triangle charges.
Bifurgation - 6000/ person *2 = ******* of Agent
900 = Travel Triangle charges.
500*2 = Travel triangle cancellation per person

Calculations -
I have given Rs. 1, 50, 000
So as per attachments, my amount Rs. 36,732 is secured with GoAir.
So as per calculations 1, 50, 000- 36,732 = Rs. 1, 13, 268

Rs. 1, 13, 268 - Should be Refunded as given by me without any cancellation charges.

On our booking they collected the GST Amount but they refuse to give invoice for the Same. The GST Council can do tide on this company so that they can get huge claim. It is a fraudulent company.

When airlines cancel the flight this cheaters are asking additional amount for date change when Airline says free of cost... Cheater and beware.

We booked our trip through travel triangle and it was cancelled due to Covid exigencies, it's been 2 months and our refund isn't initiated. I happened to go through a lot of social media posts on all platforms and I see that there has been a lot of flak already by various customers regarding their refund which has now got us worried. I am writing over my follow up emails done with you team, which I have to say is quite slow when it comes to post-sales.

We booked (Booking ID: *******) our Bangalore to Thailand trip on 13th Jan 2020 when we paid our first instalment, the team followed up with us rigorously for all instalments. So many messages, calls and emails to make payment. Our trip was scheduled for 18th March and return on 22nd March 2020.

The trip had to be cancelled due to Covid emergency and we are waiting for the refund but in vain, I try contacting the lead- Pooja Sharma but her no. Comes switches off. I have been writing emails every week following up with them but all they have to say is Refund bills have been submitted to finance, but Authorities are yet to approve. How long does it take for approving a refund? 2 months? And who are these authorities? It's like a script now.

I have got in touch with Go Air who confirmed the airlines has refunded the agency on 5th March! I would rather ask them an email for proof that the refunds have been initiated by them as well, for further proceedings.

Total amount: Rs. 76,100

There was another person by the name Rajat who was coordinating with us for trip payment, but his number is not reachable, and he seems to have left the organization.

Now Nikita herself says she has been moved to another department. Though she still says the amount will be refunded, 2months and more is quite a lot of time.

I would really appreciate a response here, understanding it is crucial for you too for the customer to have a good experience through your site. It's our hard-earned money that's at stake and every day passing by is causing more doubt.

Worst experience

I will share my experience with you.

I've booked my trip from Duniya Zamana (Via TravelTriangle) for 6N7D. I have made all the payments in advance to TT.

Initially, everything looked good about them and TT, their reviews were also good, so I decided to book via TT for this travel agent.

Everything went well until day 4 when the driver refused to give me service. He told me that the driver has not received any payment from the travel agent and hence he will not provide me the service.

I was stuck in the hotel room thinking about what to do now. I received a call from my hotel manager, and to my surprise, he also said that he has not received any payment from the travel agent.

The hotel manager was not allowing me to leave the hotel without paying the amount. My schedule was to leave the hotel at 10.30 for Sagara Beach Resort, Kovalam.

And now here I am stuck in a hotel trying to help myself what to do. I tried calling my agent almost 20 times. Nobody picked up my call. My agent's name was Krishna. I've called him like at least 10 times, at one time he picked up the call, said that he will look into it. After 2 hours, still no resolution.

After a lot of argument with the driver and hotel manager, they asked me to pay their dues (which should have been paid by my agent). I had no other option as I can not leave the hotel without paying the amount and the driver is denying the service because of the same. I had to pay for the hotel - 3750 and driver 8000.

Now, I booked my trip for 58,000. I paid to driver 8K and hotel 3.7K. So total = 58K+8K+3.75K = 69.75K.

After this worst nightmare, I've to I will cancel my trip because I had no other option. If I wanted to go further, the driver was demanding more money (approx 5K more) and I was also not sure what if the agent has not made any payment to the next hotels as well.

I've made all the video recordings of my experience with the hotel manager and with the driver. Please watch these below videos. I've sent emails, calls, and so many messages to TT but from there side, not a single person solved my query. So, if you want to have the worst nightmare of your life, and want to spoil your trip then you should go ahead with TT.

Pathetic services

This is most pathetic service provider ever.
They are making us run for our own money from last one month. Robbed us by charging insanely for trip we never took. I have been chasing them for past 1 month for refund but if no use. They are absolute garbage. Do not use them.

Booked Maldives trip *******@traveltriangle. Now I am in Maldives and and the connecting flight from sri lanka to BLR as been rescheduled to14 hour early, keeping the MLE to CMB flight as it is. Tried reaching the team by multiple calls and messages and emails. But i am not getting any satisfactory response from the team. Once you book the ticket, you are on your own. These ppl are not at all helping despite of having travel insurance and all.

Mysore & coorg trip

I strongly recommend not to opt to this tour operator. Irresponsible responses, bad hotels and bad vehicle. Won't cover all the places even though we have time. If we complain about some thing they directly ask to cancel the trip after final payment. Trip operator was grab in HOLIDAY, per is Kiran.

We booked our package with Fantabulous Holidays after having a look at three other quotes for our honeymoon trip to Bali. We chose them as they had decent ratings even though their package was a bit more expensive than others. They were really onto us untill the deal was done with multiple calls and emails. Following up with us every 2 3 hours, telling us to book quickly or else the price might change. We booked the trip and paid all installments on time, once they recieved all paymenta the whole scene changed. The first quotation they gave had the hotel called The Mutiara Resort in Jimbaran area while the one mentioned in call (which we recorded) was The Mutiara Resort in Seminiyak area. And when this was highlighted to the marketing person, he was rude and had the audacity to say "Do whatever you want, the details mention in the quote will be the final one"! This was just the beginning, as we had dug our own grave by making a deal with Fantabulous team. They were prompt enough to call and email when the payment installments were due, but no coordination between their marketing, operation and on-ground team. Our quote kept changing without any proper approval as and when the agents could not arrange the things mentioned in quote to make maximum profit. Until our last day of travel, things were not finalized and the operation agent being unsure of things mentioned in the quotation. During our trip we had experiences we didn't think would be coming in... The first day candle light dinner was a disaster and completely changed my idea of a "Romantic Candle light Dinner"! It was a replacement for a cruise dinner which got cancelled at the last moment. It was a normal shack with cheap plastic table-chair and a candle of course, full of chaos around and playing loud bollywood and marathi party songs. They really booked the cheapest dinner available in Bali! This was so disappointing since we have paid for a cruise dinner and in return what we got was this cheap experience! The next day, we had to pay an extra charge/tax amount for Nusa-Penida island tour which was never mentioned anywhere, neither in quotation nor by any teams of Fantabulous Holidays. After reporting all these issues to the team during our trip in Bali, there was no convincing response from them, but only a SORRY! They should understand that an apology every time doesn't work in this field of business! Later we got a call from the customer care stating that the rest of the trip will be smooth and as per our iternary, and strict action will be taken on the misconduct done by the marketing person. As per our iternary, we had to shift to Ashoka Tree Resort for our last 2 days stay and our itinerary mentioned a Superior Room with Garden & Pool view. When we checked-in at about 6 pm in the evening, it was a normal room with garden view towards the end. When enquired at the hotel reception they said this was only booked against your name. We actually lost it at that point in time as we were really tired and wanted to relax peacefully in the evening. We had to again start following up with them. The on-ground team told that the vocher has this details and hence this was booked. Again there is a mistake by fantastic Fantabulous team! We were asked to wait for half an hour to resolve the issue. 1.5 hours passed and still there was no action being taken. When we asked the Operation team coordinator, she puts the entire blame on the hotel management stating that, they aren't ready with the room and so the delay. We went to find out what was happening at the reception, they told us Fantabulous team is asking them to upgrade without paying the extra upgradation cost so there is a to & fro discussion happening. They had kept the room ready for us and were waiting for the payment confirmation. When this was brought to the operation team coordinator in a strict manner then they agreed to finally upgrade it. During this time we asked the customer care team to contact us to highlight this issue as they promised us that the rest of the trip will be fine. We did not receive any call from them. This entire hotel thing took almost 2.5 hours and our entire evening was ruined to death! We were frustrated with the kind of service and behavior the Fantabulous team gave us! It was completely sucking! There was no extra compensation given for all the wrong things done. Neither they asked for a post trip feedback. Hence it was very clear that the previous commitment done by customer team was also fake as others! In short, we had a horrible experience during our honeymoon trip which usually people want to relax and enjoy peacefully. I do not recommend planning your holidays with Fantabulous Holidays. They literally make all efforts to ruin it completely!

Lost my first installment
February 26, 2020

Do not trust the Google reviews. They may take your money and run away. On calling the customer support I was given foul words response. On complaining, there mails will bounce back. I am a peaceful person so had to leave the agent and my first installment to move on. I planned my tour on my own.

Dear Ashwini Verma,
Sorry for such long email but I believe it's required... Not sure that you are aware that we have booked this tour from Prasthan Travels on your face value. At the time of booking when Preeti (Sales executive) told me that Ashwini sir told that make Smriti mam happy and consider their request.We though we are really going to be taken care by travel agency since higher management is really wanted to take care of customer and their experience.
Regarding our current ongoing trip not sure how much you are aware, or might be you heard only one side story from your team (Avinash) so thought to let you know same point by point
Before starting our trip multiple times we have requested that we need well behaved driver & good car having music system and same was agreed by your team (Same is confirmed in inclusion as well by your team, please refer same)
9th December when we boarded in vehicle, driver asked where we need to go... he doesn't aware about route and music system was not working. I know these are small issues but see where your team put details before accepting customer request and while providing service
Just to let you know that Driver provided to us was in Jail for almost a week in Nov month, same was told to us while having chit chat with driver in first 2 days
On 10th December when we asked Driver to follow itinerary and take us to mentioned places in Dhnauti... came to know that we can't visit all highlighted places, when called Avinash then came to know that these places were mentioned for name sake, practically it's not possible to visit all these places... so we dropped to visit 4 point and requested driver to take us Tihri Dam
11th December we have checked out for Joshimath. On way vehicle got stopped for traffic police and while document verification it was found that all required paper was not there. During interrogation traffic police asked me about trip details and I mentioned that I have paid 1.2 Lacs (Including Vehicle, Accommodation & Food). And post that traffic police thanked me to go and driver came with angry face that because of me he has to pay penalty. Not sure how come you can allow this type of vehicle for your customer trip. Just to let you know that because of all these episode we have spent 12 hours for 9 hours journey
13th December we have checked out for Chopta, on way we have been informed that Chopta road is blocked hence we can't go there. We understood but we have been asked to stay in 2nd class Lodge, that was completely unacceptable, when we raised this concern with Avinash and told him that in this case we could have stayed in other better hotel... Avinash told that there was no availability, however when we checked over phone that time availability was their, and when we again spoke to Avinash regarding same then he mentioned that Alpine camp doesn't have tie up with other hotel so we were force to stay in Lodge (No electricity entire night, cold water) and we were travelling with 4 year old kid. I do hope your team will be sensitive next time so at least other customer will not suffer.
15th December we went out for sight seen and covered only one place, since our kid was not feeling well so we decided not to cover other places and take rest.
16th December morning 9:00 am I asked Driver to go to cover other 3 places, he said he will not go any where... 9:30 am tried reaching out to Avinash, finally he picked call at 10:00 am and I told him same, he requested me to speak to driver... after multiple conversation (Avinash, Ravindra) around 12:30 pm Driver misbehaved and had abusive verbal action with me. Same was highlighted to Avinash and I took firm stand that I don't want to carry on with driver. I have escalated same to Travel triangle and we had conference call with Preeti (Travel Triangle coordinator) and we all agreed that Driver behavior is not good and Avinash agreed that he will look to find out another driver. After 1 hour Avinash told that he can't arrange new driver so I am forced to cancel my ongoing trip. (Sharing call recording with you which you can hear if you are interested and really try to resolve customer issues)
Just to summarize I have paid 1.05 Lacs for assured service which I did not receive and I am forced to cancel my trip... and I am getting informed that I have to pay all amount. I am sure if same will happen with you and your family, you will not accept same so I leave it up to you how do you want to take this case where customer has been tested every day, every hour. During this entire trip we went with a lot of mental trauma, and if you really want to help us, please make sure we shouldn't go with Financial trauma. Looking forward your help.

Do it on your own. It would be cheaper and more pocket friendly. There are a lot of issues with Travel Triangle. Truly unprofessional people working with no knowledge of any of the processes. You'll definitely face so much of hassle. Stressful experience with Travel Triangle. I have all call recordings and snapshots to prove that they are not worthy. They just fool people around. Please don't ever use travel triangle. No customer service. They don't know the meaning of being professional or anything about customer service. Plus the worst part is you pay convenience fee for such stupid team's work

Plz do not book via travel triangle, all promises are fake.No facilities, they only concerned with payments
I got voucher of bookings of hotel in kodaikanl tamil nadu and when we reached it got cancelled
Literally i was scared because i was traveling with my 1 year old baby.
Even driver provided by them doesn't know even roads and at the end he tried to hit my husband and called his union told.
Plz dont dont do this mistake

Absolutely useless and fraud company. They promise big things while booking and when payment is done they will say you can go to consumer court we don't care. Travel vehicle provided is private and the driver openly takes drugs and if anyone catch, we all be behind bars as it's a private vehicle. Hotels are decent but rooms given to you will be cheapest available in the hotels. Hot water and heater and additional charges. Do not even bother to talk to Ms. Aastha(Dimple) or saurab, such a wate of time. They do not do any help to customers even if they are dying.

Hello friends my name is shailja sharma and I was supposed to plan my trip for Dubai so I thought to search packages with travel compamy so what I found that SETANGO TRAVEL DIRECTOR NAME IS RAHUL KHATANA IS ALSO HERE, guys he is big time cheater who's make customers fool, I am victim of him. I paid 1 lac 20 thousand rupees for my malysia trip previous his company name was TRIPTUI.he cheat me he take payment and didnt provide anything when I found I was cheated so I fill a FIR in police station and he was in jail.
So please please aware with this guy RAHUL KHATNA he is fraud. I'd Amy body want then can varify with Hello Travel first I booked my tour with Hello travel with rahul khatana travel company TRIPTUI. I will request to@@Traveltrinagle that he should remove rahul khatana else he will scam again and you will responsible only.

Bad service and Fraud
November 13, 2019

Please do not opt for travel triangle as have poor service and they put you in bad hotels to save cost and with me they missed a specific destination which I opted in my Kenya trip which was on my itinerary and paid up in advance. The hotel which I was put up was under renovation and One of the destination which had to be covered was missed out coz of their poor coordination or I am not sure it's pretended to be cost cutting. And when I seeked out for help from support they offered me 3k as token of apology and no one bothered to even give me a call back to explain me anything. Do not opt for this service who are tied up with booking.com as they both intend to just con people and spoil their trips. My point of contact for this trip was Chetanya from travel triangle and Vikram and Divya from booking.com.

INdia No. 1 CON Travel agent, they have conned me for Rs. 8500/- for land package of bali, initially once you visit and feed your requirement about the holidays, they will follow up like a dog after you, but once you make the payment they will show their true colors, my wife got ill and i could not inform them a day before of the visit, bluntly refused to make refund, i have also request them for 50% refund, but they have tot me a good lesson by not looking at the review of any website and book. Later i have learnt that travel triangle agents are crooks, they cant even attend customer complaint, nor their toll free no works, I HAVE BOOKED DREAMFLY AGENT FOR LAND PACKAGE,,, PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM, THEY ARE THUGS MORE THAN TRAVEL TRIANGLE.

They have fraud agents, if you have paid them any money consider your money gone. They will stop responding to your emails/calls and wont be bother to act on any complaint. They do not care about customer satisfaction! Beware of them and pass on this message to everyone!
