Me and my cousin have travelled in 1st April 2022 in maldives through travel triangle. What internally they guys are doing. When you will contact Traveltriangle they will provide you 4-5 agents contacts. You need to bargaining from these agents. I did the same. There is some difference here. My cousin has booked for maldives in April 2022 but he was suffered from COVID-19 so that year he was not able to travel in April 2021. So he requested travel triangle for money back. Then travel triangle has given 134k credit note out of 158k by deducting land/ booking charges and informed my cousin that he can travel anytime within 1 year. So in 2022, we have planned to travel in first week of April 2022. They have provided us the revised quotation quotation of 180 k all inclusive plan (as compared to 2021 we have paid 40 k more as the prices goes higher in 2022 and in package one night and one day less as compared to the same package which i got in 2021) and when we were going to contact the travelling agent to finalize the deal the contacted person was on leave. Meanwhile I wish to verify the prices. So I enquires traveltriangle and asked I need a package of Maldives just to cross verify whether they will provide the package in same quotation or not. Then another agent if travel triangle offer me the same package in 170k. Then I informed my cousin to book it from different agent of travel triangle. We have almost done this deal from other agent of travel triangle (agent told us that you need to transfer credit note). When we asked Ankush bhardwaj (from travel triangle who was handling our travelling booking things) denied that now your booking id will not changed after booking. Although booking was not confirmed yet but he said these things. So much mails we have written against this to Ankush Bhardwaj and owner Sankalp Agarwal as well. But Ankush had not allow us to switch to another agent of traveltriangle who were providing the same plan in 10 k less. Now we were compelled to take this package because we need yo use our credit note before deadline. So we have paid extra 10k for this trip. Before the trip we asked for travelling guidelines. We were in contact with Ankush bhardwaj (manages our travelling related things from travel triangle) over mail and calls. He has provided us the incorrect (outdated) covid guidelines of government of maldives and Govt. Of India. As per him either the person should be fully vaccinated before 14 days of travelling or done with NTPCR test. But in guidelines of govt of India only fully vaccinated was written. We asked Ankush to provide latest guidelines but he shared same old guidelines and rigid on his words that you must be fully vaccinated before 14 days of travelling. But I read all latest guidelines and travelled by just 2 days before fully vaccinated. No-one asked me whether I am vaccinated 14 days before or not during immigration at maldives. Just because of my awareness I save 10 k charges of NTPCR test from Maldives but travel triangle guys are really worse in providing any documents. They have not shared the information about TDS which they have deducted. They have deducted complete amount from my cousin. Because my cousin can get back TDS deducted amount because he lies in Tax slab. I could file that but they have shown whole amount against my brother name. So again we are in loss of 10 k here too. This is my honest review please please don't trust on travel triangle. They are just money minded people, they will not help you anywhere. But yes they will charge you more and their every information is inconsistent. I faced so many problem before, during the trip and after the trip. Even company owner Sankslp agarwal will not take any action against wrong things happening to his customers. I have put him in CC in many emails. Nothing was happened and overall I was in loss of 60 k in this trip with lot of government guidelines pressure due to incorrect documents shared by traveltriangle.

I booked a package from Tourepedia Holidays Agent on Travel triangle. Tourepedia Holidays agents Kunal and Shravan both cheated us and gave us a plan or package at very costly. Earlier they had given the package at a cheaper cost. Also, Kunal told me that I will increase the amount of the same package. Do whatever you want to do, I will see.

I recommended never never to book packages from Tourepedia Holidays via travel triangle, they are frauds, cheater.

Worst service would not recommend. We booked a Kashmir package and they provided us the agency quote of travel talha. Will not recommend. Very bad experience. We paid for the package and things included in the package were not provided. They forced us to pay extra during the trip if we wanted to visit the places which was already included in the itinerary shared by them. When I finally confronted them that you promised all these things and we will complaint about you, they mentioned- do you have the record of the phone calls? The worst travel agency in Kashmir by far. I also talked to locals there and all of them mentioned that this is a fraud company and they dupe the tourists this way so should never book through them. Hope you don't fall victim to their promises

I booked my flight tickets from Optimus travel, and since I didn't book the package from travel triangle, the travel triangle said I will cancel your flight tickets or pay me ******* rupees.
There are cheat, didn't inform this earlier and I had to pay *******, be aware and ask for all rules before booking any thing

Had a harrowing time with the agent of this company. We had booked a trip to Srilanka. Because of the economic and political crisis there, the airlines cancelled our tickets and refunded the entire amount. However, travel triangle has till now not refunded the first instalment taken from us. In spite of umpteen calls and mails, they have not replied to us. It's been a frustrating experience for us and we are seriously thinking of suing the company for the torment inflicted on us and for getting back the payment done by us.

This is the first time, am going through Travel Triangle and this would be my last as well. The team will keep on calling you, until u pay the first installment. After that they would never call you and even if we are in trouble or for any escalations, you cannot reach the team. Tried calling Abhishek multiple times and no responses to the call or to the mail. You will be just left alone. Had a terrific experience.

Funny part is they would request to review the service and system does not allow you to enter the feedback, if you are providing some negative reviews. Looks like some keyword search has been added while submiting the review. So guys you can imagine how professional these guys are. Please dont go with the reviews in the website

I had booked for Thailand trip with my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. But due to pandemic the trip has o be cancelled. To get the refund, it took more than 2 years, in 5 installments and i have to log a case in consumer court for this. Even after that i lost Rs. 35,000/- because of their cancellation fees, deductions etc., etc. Also they threatened to not transfer my last installment amount complaining that i have posted negative reviews about them. My personal suggestion, plan your own trip. Don't relay on these travel agents. It may sound difficult for the first time, But you will save a lot of money.

I had booked a package of Kerala for 4th of December 2021 for 5 day 4nights,

I had asked travel triangle for their assistance to change my location as the cases in kerala of Covid 19 were increasing rapidly and Kerala has become the state with highest cases in India,
I am travelling with a baby who is 1.8 year old,
So not to take a risk with the baby i asked travel triangle to just change my destination to Coorg to 8 days 7 nights,

I wasn't asking for a refund,
I was ready to bear the flight cancelation charges,
Just asked them to transfer by paid amount to the next package on the same dates,
Mr Santosh Kumar did not assist me at all,
Didn't receive a single telephonic call and just mailed that even if we book through the travel triangle we would be charged a cancelation charge of 2000 rs per person +flight cancelation charge + 750 per person cancelation charge by the travel agent.

So indirectly he told me that out of your package of 36 thousand Rs, 10thousand will be your cancelation fee by TT though you book from us fir Coorg,
8 k will be your flight cancellation charges and 3750 would be cancelation charges from the travel agent,
So i will be losing on 23 thousand approximately,

Instead of understand the complexity of the situation of Covid 19 and the baby,

They helped us with no solution on the name of Policies.

My question now remains what was the point booking from travel Triangle if they didn't want to take the responsibility in case of any circumstances,
I rather did book from the travel agent directly who is at least liable for some thing which goes wrong,

My package for Kerela was for 36 k per couple, we were 2 couples and 1 kid,
i was ready to pay for a package worth 1 lac for both the couples,
It wasn't even that the package i was selecting was lower in price.
In Return i have got an amazing service from Make my trip and never faced any such issues,

By this service I would never prefer a travel triangle ever.

1. The room provided to us was not the in good condition. The light in the room was very dull.
2. There was continuous leakage in washroom basin.
3. The room was not properly cleaned.
4. Washroom was very dirty, tiles were not clean.
5. Staff behaviour was very rude and not supportive.
7. Lastly the Cab driver Mr Sidhartha was very bad in behaviour. He even did not wait for us to pick up from hotel in the morning. We have to arrange another cab from his owner Mr Olencio. Mr Olencio was very helpful and very good behavior wise and arranged another cab for us.
6. The travel agent Mr Ashok from Maximum Abroad Services was very very cooperative and helpful. He tried to help a lot. We were only able to stay at Riva Gold Coast hotel because of Mr Ashok.
7. Next time whenever we plan for any tour from traveltriangle, we would choose to have our booking only because of Mr Ashok Upadhyay from Maximum Abroad Services and Mr Olencio the Cab owner.

Extremely poor service... i lost my first installment of Rs. 27,500/- with travel triangle. The agency dreamz yatra is a fraud and refused to return a single penny after trip cancellation for my trip to andamans..

Very poor response after cancellation of the trip. The trip advisor from TT as well as the agency "Andaman Oceans" advisor were not picking the calls. The trip was cancelled as the flights provided by TravelTriangle only were cancelled. Still they charged 15% of the cancellation charge on land package. Also, travel triangle site mentions 500/ person cancellation charge but they charged 1000/ person. After the airlines returned the money to TT account, I got a call from them. Then, I called TT agent, who asked me whether you have any proof like call recording, I was shocked.

TT advisor didn't even care to pick up the calls and once I sent a WhatsApp message, the response was I had shifted to another department and won't be able to help. Every week, we had to remind about the refund and then some action was taken by TT team.

Moreover, in today's time, they take 15-20 working days to for the refund amount to reflect in the account.

Although, I had two good trips with TT, but with this behaviour and amount deduction for no fault of mine, I will think twice before taking any other trip with TT.

It is an worst company i had seen in my life.

I had planned bali trip from Travel triangle and Ab tourism. Before booking the agents called 4 5 times a in a day and after booking no one is picked up my call.my trip was cancelled due to covid in feb 2020. And i had been calling Travel triangle and AB tourism many times but no one was picked up my call and no replies to my email.

The travel triangle and Ab tourism deducted the cancellation amount from us.

I had paid ******* and i got only 30% amount as refund. Which was after 9 month.

We booked up a package tour for Coorg n Kabini in the month of April 20 n due to lockdown the trip got postpone
After the lockdown when we wanted to go for the trip the response from Travel triangle was very laid back in fact due to their delayed response we ended up paying more alongwith unending correspondence before n during the trip as well
The hotel we booked n paid for was not given to us.The agents when contacted regarding the same were very rude. They made us pay extra for the services we didn't get.
Not planning another trip with Travel triangle anymore. Please don't fall prey to these guys. They don't believe in making customer happy but belive in ruining trips after paying fully nd extra for the package.
Most unprofessional agents these guys have.
In case of Kabini the resort guys were kind to us atleast.

They are not good at anythng except taking money from you, they do not provide any updates related to your trip, you should keep following up yourself. They are very irresponsible and not bothered about your money, they just claim to be there for all the things related to your trip but they just can escape after you have paid them the amount in full. Never trust them, do not book any package with them and Duniya Safari travels ( works under TT)

TT is sitting with my refund amount and I not even bothered when I said that I will take legal action. Never ever book your travel through TT. They keep bugging you A with calls when you plan a trip and now when it is their turn to refund the money, they are not refunding. They have refunded money for few customers but not mine. They are lying that they have not started making payments to customers. Trying to fool loyal customers. They want me to believe that other customers are lying. Wasting investor's money and name.
