Please don't rely on the service offered by this company. You will have to sleep empty stomach. They have some idiot delivery boys who cannot even read boogie number. The train in which I was traveling had two boogies one was A1 and another was AB1. So that idiot boarded AB1 instead of A1 whereas it was clearly mentioned A1. We 5 people along with kids with us had to sleep empty stomach. So please eat whatever you get at stations in case there is no pantry on your train.#company full of idiots..

I have ordered 4 dinner through Travelkhana at Miraj Junction when i am going to B'glore still the last moment they are saying pl.be seated on your birth the food will come, at last train started but food not delivered

Again i tried Travelkhana day before yesterday when i am coming from agra at Palanpur Station for lunch I have ordered for Jain food but recd nonjain thali which is useless for me i have thrown away it immediately I lost my valuable money and remain without food
As i complained on their no they replied call will come from their c care dept. Still now I am waiting for call

Hi i have Ordered 2 Veg Thali.My order no. Is ******* at AHMADNAGAR on 05-Jun, amount i paid Rs 310. While ordering I was assured by operator that I will get Paneer and sweet along with roti dal sabji and rice. But when I received my order and I asked that person about all items he said all items are in thali and immediately he left the train. When I opened the thali I didn't find any paneer sabji or sweet in thali instead there were very spicy egg plant veg full of chilly and other veg was just raw cut garlic full of chilly. I even couldn't eat a bite. Rice was half cooked. I had to throw all food as that was the worst food I have ever had. I paid money for good quality of food. But neither I got good food nor the item you mentioned in commitment to customers while taking order. You have very bad quality of service. You make false promises to customers. I want all my money back that I paid for worst food ever. I strongly condemned your services.

I ordered dinner on 6 Apr for 2 persons. Despite regularly tracking this could not deliver me the food at required station. On My persuasion they promised me food at subsequent station but the same was also not delivered. I kept contacting them on numbers provided but they didnt hav the moral courage to pick up calls. I recommend all to use your discretion before selecting these FRAUD and IRRESPONSIBLE organisations for food delivery

I ordered my dinner last month 27th Nov through travelkhana while traveling by train. At Bhopal Junction, they delivered Chinese food as I mentioned in my order. It was very fantastic in taste and packed so well. Quality vise it was marvelous - taste so delicious.
I enjoyed my food and journey as well.

I booked Lunch for 22 JAIN people through travel Khana@ Ernakulum. I was travelling from Kochuveli to LTT by KCVL -LTT Garibrath Express on 15th November 2015. I Called up travel khana on 14th November Afternoon. The Sales Executive was quick to book. I added 2 more people at the last moment and she even accomodated them. This was service of travel khana.

JAIN FOOD ( Punjabi- 4 rotis, 2 sabjis, rice, dal fry, 1 sweet, salad, pickle) - Totally Pure. No Onion, No Garlic, No Carrots n Cauliflower.

Taste wise superb. Quality - Excellent. Services A1 Quality. Price - Normal
