Avoid using their website or customer care services as they can't keep up to the expectations. Ordered food 2 hrs ago before reaching jalgaon still were not able to deliver and gave a convenient message- sorry for the inconvenience. Customer care service are even worse

Never recommend TRaVELKHANA
This is true that everyone looks for Good food while traveling and such an offering through digital world is a boon. However, there are few things which I have noted while ordering food from your website. The delivery is 10/10, the order placement is also 10/10. Ease of use is also 10/10.
Now to food quality and delivery of items. The people who appear for delivery are always in haste (Definitely, as the halt time is less), but they do have time to count their money. I checked the contents and found that their were no plates for serving not even small one. The food was all oily and lacked freshness. The veg thali was very bad. Their was no taste what so ever. It is better to serve individual items with quality rather then making a thali which does not serve the purpose. The lack of plate was also problematic. We had hard time during our Journey. I can understand that you have tie ups with restaurants and they serve based on orders you receive, but you definitely have control over them. In the end, it is your name and not their name which is important.
