Ordered food, paid the amount online.
They didn't deliver the food. I can't able to contact them, its night and now I have to sleep without food.

I frequently travel in trains but 1st time I have been cheated.

From now onwards on every journey I will order food from this website on cash on delivery and will not take the food.

I request you to follow the same so that we can teach them a good lesson.

Guys, do not use travelkhana at all. 4–5 years back it was very good. I faced two issue in last 2 years. Once no one deliver food at all, even though I had all confomrations regarding orders. Customer care just didn't took any action.

Day before yesterday, we faces same problem. They delivered only 30% of order and took full amount. When I raised complain they just created a ticket number, and no further action at all. I was travelling with my elderly parents, they had to sleep without any dinner. I informed same to their customer care. They even don't listen my words seriously. Worst customer support I ever faced. I called at least 8–10 times. Half of the times they informed they will check with restaurant and half of the time some security persons picked up call and told no representative available for complain support, asked me call latter. Here is the number I called, *******094. If you don't want to have such horrible experience when traveling, please do not use travelkhana.

Worst experience with travel khana. I had ordered food for my senior citizen parents, I kept on calling their helpline and they kept on saying that their person is in coach and food will be delivered soon. The train left the Nagpur station and then I got call from delivery boy that he had given food in a different boggy. 72 year, medically ill person going to different boggy... delivery boy says sir you be thankful to me as at least I had given the food. Friends never buy food from travelkhana.

Worst provider for online food on train. I paid through paytm online and when their food partner came to deliver food at Allahabad junction again asked me to pay full amount in cash or wont deliver food. So i refused and he didnt gave my food packed even when he saw confirmation SMS on my phone from Travel Khanna for order paid in full.

Never order anything from this cheat company you have to go hungry like what i went and waited 3 hours for kanpur to arrive and buy food their. Pathetic company dont trust them!

I had a very bad experience with Travel Khana. Today morning I ordered food for my sister(1st June 2019). Her train halted for 20 minutes in Vishakhapatnam but these people didn't deliver food. I had made the payment too. The most surprising thing is that when I called up they behaved as if they had no information about the order. Then my sister called and again I called them but they didn't tell me that they weren't going to deliver. Had they told this, my sister would have got something from the station. She waited till the train departed. Then I received a mail that they had registed a non-delivery complaint and the team would resolve the issue in 5-7 days. Strange!
Travelkhana's service is the worst.

I had very very bad experience with Travel Khana (Ordered on 12th Apr 19 *******583)), whole family adjusted lunch with eating junk food, we are eagerly waiting for food, i called 23 times that time also they are committing it will deliver in sometime, at the end nothing we got. After i called they said sorry restaurant were closed so not able to serve you and all. They said we promise you evening order you will get everything.

Evening order came on time but when i opened it was smell like anything. Not able to eat we have to throw meal no other option, we took meal from IRCTC ppl and adjusted some how. I don't think these people are serious on their bussiness please avoid Travel Khana. I am going to write this blog on every where and keep posting it. So at least i can help some one from this fraud.

OrderId#*******. Food ordered for my old parents travelling by ******* on date 27 Dec 18 at Piparia MP. The food was not delivered. Nobody bothered till I called travelkhana. Plain answer " very sorry, complain registered, refund in 7 working days." As if we order food to get refund. Parents had to remain without food. The restaurant chap was so worthless that he never bothered to give a call. Mr raghuvansi. His restaurant needs to be blacklisted.
