First of all... if you are new to the site (haven't registered) and see the "answer this question" button that promises to donate $5 into your account, Don't Do it. Yes, they ask for an email address but they won't pay you unless you are an approved tutor, thus you worked for free.

I contacted customer service to see how to handle this. I would've had a better conversation with a wall. 'she' told me:
"this is a PAID website, so you have to PAY us for us to help you." (word-for-word)

I politely reminded her that I wasn't looking for a question to be answered, but I was actually answering a question. She said,
"Please pay us first."
W... T... F... now i'm pissed...

"I don't think you understand me. I am ANSWERING A QUESTION, thus I AM PROVIDING YOU A SERVICE, thus I am CONTRIBUTING TO YOUR PAYCHECK. I am not someone looking for an answer, those people need to pay. I am someone who just answered a question."

She responded,
"Is there anything else I can help you with?"
W... T... F...
"yes... answer my damn question."
No response...
5 minutes later
Me: "are you still there?"
No response...
2 minutes later she disconnects and temporarily banned my IP from chatting.

Moral of the story, do not ask them questions unless you want to get your IP banned from chatting.

Customer Service like this is a precursor to how the site will continue to operate, sh*tty. For those of you who claim to have a wonderful experience... its only a matter of time.

It does not get any worse than this. First off, the site advertises American experts to tutor and help with academic assignments. The only thing American about this site is the address. What you really get are Indians (from India) who do the work, which comes back late and inadequate and incomplete. Then you play hell getting corrections. Each request takes them at least two days. Then, come the deadling, they write back to tell you they need more time. There goes part of the grade for being late. The goal for them is to stretch you out until your deadline passes and never to refund you any money if you are unsatisfied. Unfortunately for me, I signed up two assignments and paid nearly $500. On the first, it came back late and was so bad I could not turn it in or I would have failed. I had to completely redo it, it was over a week late as a result. The second, a research article, was also so bad I could not turn it in. Not even a single footnote in a LITERATURE REVIEW! In both cases the grammar was so poor it was obviously not written by anyone with English as a first language. This company sucks, and is a scam, and that is the bottom line. Don't loose money while wrecking your grade. Try another way...

If you are looking for easy and affordable homework solutions, I'd say go for transtutors.com. They are right on money and a lot better than other educational websites. I submitted an assignment with a deadline of 2 days and they assigned me with a tutor right away! Got my assignment, completely solved with appropriate citation style and ZERO plagiarism. I was happy to have met my tutor. She did my assignment quite well. She understood my requirements and did accordingly. Thanks for the hard work. It is much appreciated. I had a nice experience. Can't speak for the complaints. Would recommend to all my friends. Cheers!

I usually don't review sites. But it was such a pleasant experience with Transtutors, that I really wanted to do so.

Hello Friends. If you need perfect assignment help, I would recommend you not to work with those sites as they merely act as mediators. Instead it is better to deal with the tutor directly so that the tutor knows what I want exactly. I have been using this approach and have found this to be extremely helpful. My tutor is an expert in Finance, Marketing, Management. And charges are also reasonable. I would suggest that we should deal with tutors directly and avoid harassments.

The people that work on this website are extremely unprofessional. When I ordered tutoring for some assignments (I paid ahead of time), they didn't show up until my deadline for the assignments. I sent them so many emails reminding them about my deadline, but they totally ignored me until I called them. That's when they told me my tutor is sick and they can't help me. Unbelievable! Now I am in the dispute regarding my payment and we will see what's going to happen with that. There may be lucky ones with this website, but I wouldn't risk if I am in your place. Tutors on this website are working from India, so anything can happen. I didn't trust them in the beginning but I saw some people that were happy on their website. Now I think those may be fraud. So watch out, and avoid this website at all costs
