I paid then US$60 to do some work. They took the money and gave me garbage. They then complained about their phone not working and demanded that I write an email even though I told them that my deadline was fast approaching. I knew that the work they had given me was wrong because I had submitted a draft to my lecturer and had received some feedback. I paid this site just so that I could verify my work and be a little more comfortable before I made my final submission. What I received from them was 100% time worst that the draft I had submitted. They then wanted me to tell them what was wrong so that they could fix it. I told them if I had to do that, then they would have to pay me. It eventually got very nasty.
Dissatisfied customers who paid via paypal can report the transaction to paypal. Once paypal has sufficient reports, it would remove the website from off its system for abuse of paypal services. Secondly, report the transaction to your credit card company so that they can dispute the charge on your behalf and recover your money.

Scamming tutors at Transtutors is a rumor
Transtutors employs all cheats has to be a rumor because I have been a customer with them for quite a long time… they have always fulfilled my expectations and even handled my wavering mood where I often reject an assignment just because of a single spelling mistake that's human…! They used to do it all over again for my satisfaction. I seriously disdain such people who want to defame others..

Transtutors-satisfactory! When I received my assignment, I wondered why people give so good reviews about Transtutors bcz I was absolutely not satisfies with the answer. But to my surprise, they had the whole assignment done again without any xtra cost when I placed a complaint. That was surprising and satisfactory as well.The other assignment I got was good and fetched me good marks. Now I know why people post good comments becoz I do that too.

I have very bad experience with transtutors. They are bad in providing the solutions and trust me, it is better off paying your classmates to do it for you. Their standard is so bad that even my grandmother can write better. It was my greatest mistake to seek help from them to write my dissertation of 10,000 words, I even attached a sample and asked them the write an economics title and follow the previous year standard. In the standard dissertation, you need 1) An introduction, 2) Research topic and motivation for the topic, 3Literature review, 4)Methodology, 5) Data and finding, 6) Conclusion and recommendation
The expert screwed the whole dissertation part, Literature review not done and the DATA and finding used something not linked at all. The whole dissertation is like Garbage. Guess how they do your assignment or dissertation? They tried to copy from articles from all over, and they have the tunetin, hence they simply changed the words to avoid detection by tunetin, but it is really horrible. Let me give you an example for this Indian English; " Injured by the 1997–1998 crisis" Are you surprised or shocked? I think anyone can write better then the so call expert. When I urgued to transtutors that the word is not according to my standard, they gave excuses like time is too little, expert has amended again and again. What is the crap reasons, in the end, I submitted my whole dissertation without using a single words provided by them. My supervisor for the dissertation reviewed the Indian expert who did my dissertation, he was so disgusted that he insisted he didn't know what I am writing at all.

These people took 3-4 days to do my assignment and when the deadline approached they took an extension from me. After waiting for a while they posted my assignment on their wall. And believe me when i say this they had no idea what they had written on it. I had like 10-11 questions in it and in 3 questions they actually just copied the balance sheet from the question and posted as the answer. When i reviewed it i found non of the question was actually answered so i requested them to review the solution and for which they did agreed. After that they sent me the exact same solution after 1 day or so and i requested again and they did the same thing after that.

In the end i was angry i requested a refund they totally ignored the fact that i am requesting a refund and they asked for another extension and this time they took three days to submit the solution with out working or changing anything and the worst thing was that every time i used to call them or msg them they used to say that " we are trying to contact our expert " (WHO I BELIEVE NEVER EVEN PASSED HIS 11TH GRADE). Lastly they kept arguing that they posted the solutions on time but due to their ignorance i missed my deadline not 1 time neither twice but three times.

In the end i continued arguing and got less than 50 % of my money back and that to as a credit on my account. WHAT THE $#*!? DO YOU REALLY THINK I AM DUMB ENOUGH TO COME BACK TO YOU GUYS.

Lesson learnt: all the people they project they are with the photos and $#*!, they are not actually those people. These people are based in India and i don't know how are they not arrested for fraudulently stealing some ones identity.

This website is absolutely $#*!. Okay, so maybe for like high school and primary school students it may be fine... but university students who are taking difficult degrees, don't even bother! I had an assignment worth 15% and sent it in to them, only to receive a 2/15 for it. They didn't live up to the money I paid, and I am still currently trying to argue for a refund. They won't even step up to the plate - it's purely pathetic. Don't trust this site at all! I was sitting on a Distinction and cause I didn't have time to do this assignment and asked them, now I am sitting on a Pass. Pathetic, that is all I can say. If they actually apologized and offered a refund, then it still makes sense, but not even that I tell you.

They are big fraud they took my money for my assignment, at the beginning they didn't get me any assignment until I have called them several time and at the end they send me a rubbish answer for the two questions out of 6 and they said it's part and when I told them even this is not perfect answer they said they will change the writer, I have refused this solution as my deadline has passed then they said we will credit to your account 75% of the money I refused as I want them to refund my money and have made a dispute with PayPal and unfortunate till date they did not refund my money it's my words to all of you don't waste your time and money with these buster Indian scamp
