The shipment arrived with in a week. These are an exact match to the Monarch tail lights that came with my King trailer that I had purchased back in 2000. Replacement was a simple job. The old were banged up and after recently damaging again (my bad), I decided to replace the whole units instead of just the broken lenses.
They had the stainless brake pads I needed for my boat trailer. Only reason for 4 stars was they were a little pricey and shipping was a little slow. Great communication on the status of the order
I had a damaged spindle on my boat trailer and the sleeve I bought saved me from replacing the entire spindle axle assembly and a lot of money it worked great used same grease seal number and went on easily with help from a piece of pvc pipe and sledgehammer and hope for many more years of use
My business has been shut down due to a caliper part failing. Nobody could help me but Isaiah went above and beyond to get me the part ASAP and on its way! I'll be coming here first for now on!
Extremely rude, not helpful. Called in to check stock on a certain item. When they didn't have that item in stock I tried to find out about similar items they may have in stock that could work for my application. That's when it went bad, I guess it was going to take to much effort. He placed me on hold with out saying a word and never came back. When I called back to speak to the manger a Kim answered. I asked if she was the manger and she said "I guess, sure". I think she was just covering for her friend. No resolution.
I was about to order an axle for my trailer but decided to call first to be sure I was ordering the right piece. So glad I did. I spoke to Jim. He was an awesome help to us. Even reminded us of a few pieces we would need that we forgot about. Very patient, kind and very helpful to me!
I'm usually not a person to write a review but I wanted to state how impressed I was with the service from Trailer Parts Depot. I was having trouble locating the specific parts I needed for my snowmobile trailer and I found exactly what I needed here. I spoke with a person named Isaiah who got me the right parts the first time around. He was quick and knowledgeable. It was great to be able to speak with a live person. The parts shipped to my house in less than 24 hours as well. I would not use anyone else the next time I need parts. Highly recommended.
This company went above and beyond to help us get some parts that we had to have like yesterday. Emily, Michael and Isaiah were absolutely amazing. They worked wonders for us and have allowed us to make our customers happy. Because of their customer service they have gained all of our business that we are able to use them for. We can't thank them enough. If you are in need of help don't hesitate to call and speak with these three people. They go above and beyond and are truly amazing.
Ordered 20 U brackets and 40 nuts they take 2 per braket.
Strike 1. Order never shipped I called they told me order has not shipped, will get it out tomorrow.
Strike 2. Two of the Ubolts are the wrong size.
Strike 3.20/40 Nuts missing confirmed I paid for 40.
Called again I'm told they will ship out the 2 Ubolts and 20 nuts.
No email, no call, never received the parts.
TALKING TO A PERSON WAS GREAT AND JIM WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN. THANK YOU AGAIN
Searched high and low for parts, the best customer service by a long shot. I mean a really really high standard has been set. Very Pleased. Will certainly use them again in the future
Kim has been nothing but nice with a order problem, that a few others have been ignoring for 2 weeks, said she would have them out today, I'm sure she will, she is nothing but a 1st class problem solver.
This U-Bolt was perfect for what I had to attach to the frame of my Silverado. The ordering, shipping, and installation was all smooth and easy.
First time trying to buy there. I drove there with my old parts to be sure that I bought the right items. Two signs on the door: one said that they did not handle walk-ins because of covid. The other said when you come in you must wear a mask. I put my mask on and went in, since the door was open. At least 5 different workers saw me. Not one made eye contact nor spoke to me. Apparently, pre-orders are set outside the front door on the shelving, and I guess you are supposed to know that. No one had the courtesy to speak to me. I would have gladly ordered on line or by phone if I had known. And, I would certainly respect their requirement that walk-in orders would not be taken. There is a sign over what I assume used to be their customer service desk that says " If you have questions, find your own answers." I should have left when I read that.
The replacement shoes were better than the Dexter shoes that had came on the trailer and I got hem in about 4 1/2 days and they cost me a lot less than Dexter. I highly recommend Trailer Parts Depot to any and every one
I had been looking for a LoadRite crossbar for some time with no luck. Talked to Isaiah and explained my problem with dimensioning. He understood my problem and suggested part 4006. 136. It was here in 2 days. Perfect fit. Great Customer Service
Snapped a wobble arm and roller off my 22 year old boat trailer yesterday. Isaiah was able to put together all the parts i needed and get me back up and rolling by noon today. Thanks guys.

Kim does not have manager in her title, but she is a senior member of our staff with over fifteen years of service so she is qualified to help in situations like this. We pride ourselves on good customer service but we obviously failed in your case. We will work to improve our handling of situations such as this moving forward.
