Ordered a galvanized axle for snowmobile trailer on a Tuesday night, showed up on Thursday! Removed old axle, destroying old studs and nuts in the process. Unwrapped hubs and realized new nuts were included. Great service and axle.
I have never received a bulk order so fast in my life unbelievable. The site will not let me give 5 stars it seems to only go to 4.5 you deserve all five.
Works great but like another reviewer said another hole drilled for other side so trailer jack doesn't bend away. Other than that the only thing that i found work since no one sells jacks to fit 6 inch frame. But i made it work by drilling another hole.
I ordered a fender and received it bent. JUNKED. I called and spoke with the lady who is very rude and talks over you. Finally made her understand what was wrong and they sent me another fender which was damaged worse. REALLY JUNK! I called the rude lady again to finally make her understand my problem. She said she would just refund my money, but didn't tell me they would keep the $41.65 in shipping. Very poor business and would not recommend them for ANYTHING!

Ordered rotor-hubs calipers and some miscellaneous brake parts for my boat trailer. Of the 6 bolts I was expecting I received 3. The packages had very little to no padding or filler in either box, leaving the heavy components in each to smash all the smaller parts. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it got here but I still have to wait to get parts before I can use my trailer.
I reached out twice, waiting on a reply.
I had called Kim and to find out if I could get a cross member for my 89 tracker trailer and it was available I was very pleased with the customer service the parts arrived and I had to take off a inch it was pretty easy to replace I'll be ordering another one in the spring Thanks Kim for a great experience and the right part
It is nice to get access to the parts that you need so easily. I am not satisfied at all with run around if you need to exchange/ return something. No shipping label is provided. Isiah was pretty matter-of-fact about it. Returns are a part of the overall experience. Won't be using the anymore.

The trailer parts are well made and shipped in a timely manner. However, the weight of the items requires better packaging. Loose steel simply busts open the carboard. The package was stuck "damaged" at UPS without notice. Upon investigating and talking with TrailerParts they overnighted a replacement order to my surprise and delight.
On July 3rd I placed an online order for a brake rotor. July 5th 6th I got voicemails from a "kim" concerning my shipping address being different from my billing address. On July 7th I talked to a guy that answered the phone and I told him the shipping address was correct and he would get it shipped that day. On July 12, since the money had not been deducted from my account, I called to confirm that I was shipped. A guy answered and he told me in a rude tone that my order was canceled because they had made several attempts to contact me but I never responded. I told him I had called on the 7th and talked to a guy and that guy said it would get shipped that day. So this guy said it was probably a miscommunication and he took my card number again and said it would be shipped out that day AGAIN. It is now the 20th and there has still been no money deducted from my account, no shipping notice, no nothing. I have since then ordered the rotor from a different company. The last guy I talked to said his name was Isaac or Isiah. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I believe the last guy led me on to wait for a part that was never coming because of their "miscommunication". The number the showing up on my phone was NORTHEAST MARINE
