Experience started with excellent website, great pictures and accurate description. Once ordered, shipping was very fast, items were well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more in a perfect transaction.
I received my trailer parts very quickly and accurately.
Found pretty serious problems with 11 yr old dexter axle- bad corrosion. Looked, and found this. $420 + $75 freight. Received, Left packaging on hubs to prevent damage during install. Upon removing hub packaging, I found rubber plug missing, and pretty bad corrosion inside hub where bearings are. Had been corroding awhile. Contacted- Sent me a replacement hub. Not very happy, I would have preferred theyinspect PRIOR to hipping me a defective axle. Also- They said it would fit well. It does, BUT_ is 4 inches higher then original. Makes bed of snow tllt trailer higher, more difficult to drive up on. Not a perfect solution- LOTS of problems. I had to find, and order formex paper, to prevent corrosion between alu and galvanized trailer steel. Contact at trailer parts supply seemed like he was unfamiliar. It was a LOT of work doing this, and it was NOT a perfect transaction. But it's done. Won't really know of I made a real serious mistake about height till snow flies on tug hill, NY.
Internet was simply and easy to find parts and received parts very quick considering i live in Australia. I did pay for 2 deliveries would be great if trailer part depot delivery to Australia directly
The upgraded non-marring wobble roller they sold me arrived as expected, is much better than the original factory part, and now I'm planning on ordering 63 more!
