Bearings were roaring on a unique axle made by Knott for Karavan. TPD had it in stock at a decent price. Best of all, ordered late on Friday afternoon and it arrived Monday afternoon, Fed Ex ground… great service. Hub/Bearing were a little extra trouble to replace, but worked great.

Order shipped incredibly fast and accurately. No complaints at all and will definitely use their services in future.

Lost a caliper pin for my trailer which was a hard to find part. Quick search and found it here! Was exactly the item described and shipping fast. Thanks!

Customer service personnel were friendly and shipping was prompt. As to the winch, the hook on the end of strap which attaches to the eye on my jet skis was too small. The hook needs to be bigger. I had to use my old straps with the correct size hook.

I received the wrong part. The part ordered on the paperwork was not the part number on the part received. I sent an email on Saturday as to the issue.

Great selection of items. Shipment has been fast but FedEx freight to Canada is too expensive. On the top of it FedEx couldn't deliver one of 2 packages after 2 attempts, so I drove to their warehouse to pick-up.
Parts description in Internet shop could be better.
Otherwise, I would recommend Trailer Parts Depot.

I need to add a bunk board to my Jet-Ski trailer to carry a 12' skiff. Finding the brackets I need was easy, but it took several tries to find the right U-bolts.

The bow catcher is way too expensive. I bought it anyway, because that is exactly what I needed, but is like 7 times more expensive that it should be. Shame on you. It is a robbery.

Ridiculous to have minimum character. They are bushings they are white and a certain size which I needed. This is exactly why I never leave feedback.

The major parts I ordered from Trailer Parts Depot were significantly less expensive than they would have been from Load Rite. The smaller parts/kits (e.g. Fastening/attachment hardware) were a bit more pricey than from Load Rite, but as low cost items it wasn't that big a difference. Shipping prices were reasonable, and the parts shipped out fast.
