Needed caliper brackets for an obsolete disc brake kit, Was surprised to find them anywhere but trailerpartsdepot.com not only had them but also at a fantastic sale price too. I contacted them about 3 days later as I had not received any notice that they had shipped yet. Turns out they had some delays in shipping, they would go out the next day. Two days later I received them, which was a total of three days early! Very good experience overall.

I am rebuilding my older Boat trailer and TPD had pretty much everything I needed. Pricing was good, the order was shipped fast, labeled clearly so I could check it in, and no mistakes. The part I ordered was 66 inches and they delivered a 70 in part that does not fit and will require customization to use. Disappointed
The experience started badly with the first order, which was canceled by your team two days later due to a bad delivery on simple lug nuts.
As soon as I confirmed that the order had been canceled, I reordered the same thing, but without the lug nuts.
Upon receipt, when I opened the cardboard box, I found an L******* bearing whose cage had been damaged.
Furthermore, I had ordered and paid for two ******* O-Rings, but there was only one in the order, yet I paid for two!

Shipped from MA out to Ca then back to Il. Don't think that there is a more wasteful and indirect route. Don't know if I will be using your "service" again due to round-a-bout routing.

The order placement was very easy, and the order was delivered on time. The fenders are very sturdy and fit exactly to specifications. The only glitch was they only sent 4 bolts for a pair of fenders. Each fender needed 4 bolts.

They have many parts i will be needing for future maintenance. Haven't installed seals yet but they have the same factory numbers, so im sure they will fit and work just fine.

I'm sorry that the shipping did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how USPS, FedEx, or UPS route our packages to their destination; however, I agree with you that the USPS routed this shipment in an unusual and inconvenient way.
