I have ordered from trailerpartsdepot.com quite a few times. I always choose UPS as my delivery method because I get my package within 2 days, which is phenomenal! I also have always received the correct part that I ordered. I've never had to contact customer service about anything until my last order...

I put in two orders around the same time. As I said before, I always select UPS. This time, when I received my email confirmation that my package was shipping, it said Fedex. This meant that, at some point, someone had changed it on me. I emailed *******@trailerpartsdepot.com and started a thread with George. The responses I got from him were very rude and it seemed as though they didn't want to admit that they had messed up. I kindly asked for my shipping costs to be returned because my package didn't get to me until over a week later. After 5 days of being misinterpreted and angrily responded to through email, I decided to call to finally get everything ironed out. I ended up being bargained with for a small portion of my shipping costs to be returned to me. 30% for a mistake that they made.

A couple of those items didn't fit my trailer correctly (my mistake), so I tried to arrange a simple return. I reached out to *******@trailerpartsdepot.com to find out how I would go about returning these items and Isaiah responded asking what the invoice number was and what products I would like to return. I responded with the answers to this, and didn't hear back for 4 days. I responded again after 3 days, with no response back, so I called. I ended up arranging a return (not a true "free return" as the website says; you have to pay for shipping) with someone else.

Bottom line is that their customer service is beyond disrespectful, and they do not like admitting any mistakes. If you place an order here, make sure you have proof of what you ordered and what carrier you chose. They make their money from shipping. So, even though the prices seem low, they will get you with shipping. You can buy anything they have on Amazon.com or Ebay.com, get free shipping and free returns, and not have to bargain for your money back.

I am a complete novice when it comes to trailers and parts. I have been searching for a pair of hubs to go on a used trailer I recently purchased. Luckily I found this website and gave them a call.
I spoke to a gentleman named George and even though my order was minimal ( 2 hubs) he spent quite some time helping me to make sure I was ordering the right product. He was patient, professional and very courteous.
I am glad I found them and will continue using them for all my trailering needs.

Ordered some brackets over the phone. Online stated free shipping, and employee offered 10% discount. Online shipping for.my order was $36. When I called in my order they would not honor free shipping or their military discount and upped the shipping to $59. Absolute cheats

I ordered a Hydraulic Brake Actuator from Trailer Parts Depot because I found the product that I needed on the internet, and they had the best price also. The gentleman that helped me on the phone with the parts order was great and a big help. The product arrived in 3 days! From the east coast!. Their was slight shipping damage to a part on the brake actuator that could easily be replaced without replacing the complete unit. I called and talked to George Lovely V and he did a great of understand what the part was, and what needed to be replaced. After a couple of e-mails back and forth, the part is on its way to replace the damage part. Thank you George you are a credit to yourself and Trailer Parts Depot. Take notice Bosses this is the type of employee you need. Thanks again to all.

Ordered a new axle form them on 01/11/21. Had to upgrade to heavier axle due to our of stock on 2200# torsion. Made arrangements to drive a little over and your to pick up order on 01/13/21 and got a call when I was 15 minutes away telling me they don't have the heavier axle in stock. Morning was wasted but also have to search for another axle 3 days lost... I understand things are a little wacky with the pandemic and things but, this (their inventory)should of been known before I took the morning off and started the trip to go pick up order... Ughhh.
