Misrepresented items

Horrible customer service. Tradesy doesn't care about people. Tradesy doesn't take seriously and doesn't penalizes dishonest sellers. Tradesy allow sellers put back the merchandise, even if they know that it isn't real.

It could be better if items were better descibed and photographed to match what we hope to get. My first time. I kept an item and returned the other. So far so good. Just dont know yet how and when I will gwt my money available. CS should also answer to aphone number and not just email.

I've had several bad experiences purchasing Louis bags on here and online but this was nothing like the others. The listing description and the bag completely match... no hidden surprises (or storage odor, like with my other experiences). I felt completely confident purchasing from this seller and I'll definitely be back again in the future! Amazingly fast shipping! Gorgeous bag in excellent condition!

I have shopped from Tradesy for over a year now. I have ONLY been not too happy ONCE. I wasn't sure of the AUTHENCITY of a purse. I was reassured it was fine. I am so far Happy with my purchases. I will continue to shop when my funds are straight. Keep up the fantastic work!

I found this site by accident. I have not received my stuff yet so I must reserve judgement. I have a lot of designer handbags, and clothes. This site seemed like the way to go, to sell some of it. But after the poor reviews, I changed my mind.

Designer for Less!

I was searching for a designer dress for my daughter's upcoming wedding and happened upon the Tradesy Website. Not only did I have find the dress, and even though it was a size up, the low cost of the designer dress allowed for the cost of alternations and I still paid less than if I had purchased it in the store. The seller Starbirght delivered the goods 100%. I would return to this site in the future. The only service that I did not like is the return policy.

I have purchased 5 items from Tradesy and have been pleased with all of my purchases, I did return one item as it was the wrong item, honest mistake, I received my refund within 5 days, all items have been as shown and authentic. I would not hesitate to buy more items from Tradesy.

That's why they have money to do other things why pay full price it's only new when you pay for it people don't know if you had it 10 years 10 days or 10 minutes or when you pull up to a hotel in New York and get out of the cab are the Uber in the cold weather the Belmond head straight to you when you carry high quality of luggage

Held my money for 3 weeks and then said it would take a week to transfer it to paypal.
They obviously have cash flow problems or are holding on for the interest.

I paid $1200 for a like new dress and i got a very dirty dress rolled in a 5 cents plastic bag. Luckily, the crystals didn't get damaged. Please ask your seller use upsp shipping packaging or others, but not Tradesy even if you have to pay for some more money. Also, the honesty is up for your seller if you get lucky. Scary to buy used items at high prices.

I was a little hesitant to buy anything worn or used without actually seeing it but, Tradsey has made me a believer, I can honestly say that I'm very impressed with the quality of their products and I can testify to the quality and conditions of the items sold by them. Tradesy's customer service is great. I had a rather complicated issue and they were very understanding over the phone and credited my account $25. I ordered a dress and about 2 hours later, the seller canceled the order saying that they had lowered the price for another user who had been negotiating with them. So what? I bought it first. Negotiations do not reserve the dress - payment does, and I beat the person to it. Normally, and ethically, this would be a 'too bad' situation for the other buyer, who essentially would just be out of luck that they didn't act fast enough (and by fast enough, they took their time, as the seller only realized it a couple hours later, rather than minutes). In other words, it was 'mine' for a couple hours before either the potential other buyer or seller realized that they had not acted quickly enough. Meaning, it was rightfully mine and should have stayed that way. I bet if the buyer had taken an entire day to purchase, it still would have been reserved for them and cancelled had another person bought it within that timeframe. The seller should not have marked it down until the buyer was ready to purchase, which they clearly were not. The seller and buyer here both acted in bad faith by agreeing to cancel my order. 1) The seller should have apologized to the other buyer and agreed to sell it to me. 2) The other buyer should not have asked the seller to cancel, nor been okay with the fact that they did. I wish I knew who the buyer was. But the seller is Jillian Ziarko, a. K. *******@WonderWomanFashionJZ, so if you see her on this site or any other, AVOID her at all costs. She is dishonest, unreliable, and unethical. After reporting this activity to Tradesy, it sounds as though they will be taking moves to make sure she does not behave this way in the future. They agreed that this was unfair business practice but admitted that unfortunately they could not reinstate the order, which I understand. I do hope this seller is eventually banned from selling on Tradesy and elsewhere.
