Dress much larger than tagged size

Though the dress clearly has a size 8 tag on it, the actual size is about a 12.

I am so incredibly sorry the item you received wasn't what you were expecting. I know that must have been disappointing.

You can request a return for any reason within 4 days of delivery. You’ll send the item to Tradesy for free, and we’ll issue Tradesy Site Credit for you to find something new. Once we receive it, we’ll email you to confirm the return has been processed and your Tradesy Site Credit is available.

Additionally, we encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a return as a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery. If it is deemed misrepresented by our returns team we will issue a refund to the original payment source.

If you are within the 4-day return timeframe please go to your Purchases page on your account and click the “Request Return” button on the item you would like to return, then select your return reason and submit the return request.

Next, you'll receive an automated email from the Tradesy Returns team requesting photos of your return item. Be sure to reply with all the suggested angles and views mentioned in the email.

Once the Returns Team has reviewed the photos they will continue with opening the return so that you can send it back to Tradesy. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label as well.

I ordered my package then it said it was delivered I never got it I was told it would have signature and be insured well it had no signature and don't know if it was insured it's in the sellers hands as of now and at this point I just want my money back this isn't my fault this was a gift for someone now I have to find something else this had really thrown a wrench in my plans

Great start Poor finish

The seller adequately fulfilled my order. However, the delivery experience was very poor. The order was placed mid June and did not arrive until yesterday, July 6. It is reasonable to have received an accurate update from the delivery service provider. Unfortunately, the tracking notes stated a delivery date of June 18. While this is not the direct fault on anyone other than the delivery service, it does not represent the full brand experience of a luxury brand such as Tradesy.

Crappy "everything"...

I placed the order on May 10,2021. I received the purchase on July 5. Why did it take so long for me to receive the LV handbag? Because that's how long it took for the seller to receive it from China so they could pass it on to me, the consumer! It is NOT a true Louis Vuitton bag and you can tell because of the placement of the LV insignia on the bag. Louis Vuitton would NEVER compromise his LV insignia by cutting the LV in half where the stitching is. I'm afraid this seller is so dishonest that if I return the handbag to the seller, I won't receive my refund. I won't ever be purchasing from Tradesy again! Trying times generates dishonest people trying to make a buck dishonestly. Too bad for Tradesy!

Shipping takes too long

Took almost 3 weeks to get my item after it shipped. Not impressed with use of FedEx service. And it stil goes to the post office in the end.
