I rated this company one star because unfortunately there is no option of a zero, a score which is appropriate for this company. I shopped from this website almost a month ago June 8th, 2021 expecting to receive a used authentic cheaper Louis Vuitton Cabas Piano Bag Monogram Tote, unfortunately what I received was a bland new replica, as soon as I received it I reached Tradesy spoke with an agent who sent me return labels and assured me, if I returned that bag right away, I will be refunded my cash using the same method of purchase. Unfortunately, as soon as they received the bag, they refused to refund my cash on my credit card claiming that their team was able to authenticate the bag and found it was authentic, (false), so you all refused to refund my cash and after many calls demanding my money back, credited my funds into your site. I am not going to shop here again, so why credit my funds in this terrible site. This company is a sham.

I recently posted a not so good review of a purchase from a Tradesy seller (KV), and I have to apologize to KV and Tradesy. After searching through all the packaging we found the other half of the item we initially thought was missing. I got what I paid for, and am very happy with the purchase. Please share this review, and let KV know all is well. P.S. I did send a message to KV explaining the same.
I thought I had purchased a bracelet, but what I received was not. It is at best something you could attach to a necklace, or I'm not sure what else. It was meant to be an anniversary gift, but very disappointing. Not my usual Tradsey experience

Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. If you question TRADESY, they will shut your account down, and they do so WITHOUT even talking to you. Bunch of Bullies! Find an alternative. I AM IN THE MIST OF COMMENCING CLASS SUIT ACTION. THEY NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON!
Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Answer: Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600

Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.

You can request a return for any reason within 4 days of delivery. You’ll send the item to Tradesy for free, and we’ll issue Tradesy Site Credit for you to find something new. Once we receive it, we’ll email you to confirm the return has been processed and your Tradesy Site Credit is available.
Additionally, We encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a return as a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery. If it is deemed misrepresented by our returns team we will issue a refund to the original payment source.
If you are within the 4-day return timeframe please go to your Purchases page on your account and click the “Request Return” button on the item you would like to return, then select your return reason and submit the return request.
Next, you'll receive an automated email from the Tradesy Returns team requesting photos of your return item. Be sure to reply with all the suggested angles and views mentioned in the email.
Once the Returns Team has reviewed the photos they will continue with opening the return so that you can send it back to Tradesy. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label as well.
