Wonderful way to shop for hidden gems
I love the item I ordered but the shipping was so ridiculously slow. I would like to have been able to pay for upgraded faster shipping. It took about 8 days to get my order. When I order from luxury name brand stores I get complimentary expedited shipping!
So many bags to choose from that it took me several times to shop and find just the right one. Checkout was super easy!

My order took a long time. When I inquired about it, the response I received made no sense and was suspicious. I reported that I thought I was being scammed. I then received a message assuring me that the seller had been removed from Trasdesy, and my order canceled and my money refunded. A few weeks later the watch arrived! It is lovely.
Will probably start selling here as well and doing more purchases.

First time using Tradesy. Super easy withr Affirm. Got a great pair of Angela Scott shoes. I forgot to update my address so I called Tradsey to help. My shoes just arrived and everything worked out great. Super impressed with the customer service I got. This could have been bad news but it all worked out great. Thanks so much!
The Tradesy team have been helpful with the transacations. When I didn't receive my second order, I contacted them and Abner eased my mind about it all. I felt like he had my back. Though, one of two of my transactions did not go well. It's yet to be resolved.
I think I might place an embargo on any item I want where the seller uses fedex to ship. My package arrived somewhat mangled (on the outside; no damage to my item thankfully) and NINE DAYS LATE. To add to my dismay, fedex has No place where you can get a live human to speak with. It's all virtual systems with unhelpful generalized replies that make you crazy. Yep, no more fedex for ne, ty.
Other than that my tradesy experience was great. My item was only slightly more worn than the seller's description led me to believe. Nothing that a good dose of brass cleaner and leather conditioner won't cure. All in all -now that I have Finally received my order- I am a happy camper.

Totally unacceptable. Product description stated merchant shipped from New York, however the merchant shipped internationally and I received merch 5 weeks after purchase and after many frustrating emails to the seller, by the time I received gift my enthusiasm had greatly diminished
They had a wide selection of this purse. I went with the more expensive purchase because it said there were no signs of wear. The clasp had damage, the inside is a little dirty and has an order like from smoke. Also, the leather tassel has what looks like water damage. I'm keeping the bag but wish I would have gotten what I paid for.

I still don't have my shoes from Tracey after almost a month. They are not allowing me to contact the seller for updates and apparently management were to call me and try and help me but after a string of emails everyone seems to be ignoring me as clearly the shoes are lost. Never gave me a shipping number so I can track. I paid them $1320 USD! Will not refund me and after confirming 100% seller was to ship to me I paid the money. I am seeking legal avenues filed complaints already but take time. I will keep everyone posted. The customer service is appalling. THEY DO NOTCARE! I AM STILL TO BE CONTACTED. All my messages are being deleted.

After about 30 purchases to date, the products and Sellers have been great. Of course nothing is perfect, however I can say that the one or times there has been an issue it's been resolved expeditiously. I'm very pleased and will continue to use Tradesy often.
I have just purchased a pair of shoes for $2000 I was so scared to do so but went through many many many messages with the seller before i decided to hit the checkout button. When i asked the seller why the address shows somewhere in America she said yes that is the Tradesy address, they are sent there then i will it will be sent to you. The seller double checked with Tradesy and they said yes but to send it to me it is the sellers responsibility. Tradesy does not allow shipping Internationally. The seller asked Tradesy before the sale was done Tradesy said yes it can be done. ( I have all the messages) Tradesy is completely at fault! I have sent them a string of emails with the Seller also helping and Tradesly says "well we dont ship overseas". They do not answer any of my questions as how i should get my shoes! I dont even know where they are! Or at least give me my money back. Or check out the seller as they "apparently" check out all their sellers and make sure they are authentic? I am seeking advice from a Lawyer. I have a friend in America who has had bad problems with this site and has added her review here also. Its not only happening to me. They are rude and untrustworthy. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I am totally disgusted and have had severe anxiety and when i told them this they still would not help! They are happy to just take your money. I will NOT be leaving this alone!

Per our International Buying Policy, which can be found in our Help Center as well as here: https://www.tradesy.com/help/article/220975788/can-i-use-tradesy-if-im-not-in-the-us/, buyers can use our site to purchase items to be shipped internationally so long as they use a freight forwarding company with a US shipping address. The label is then populated from the freight forwarding address you add to your Tradesy account. Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. If you question TRADESY, they will shut your account down, and they do so WITHOUT even talking to you. Bunch of Bullies! Find an alternative. I AM IN THE MIST OF COMMENCING CLASS SUIT ACTION. THEY NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON!
Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Answer: Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600

Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
