My dog and I visited the TSC in Middletown, NJ today after a romp at the beach. I have to say we were very happy with their customer service. At the cash register, LISA asked if she could give my dog a healthy treat. I agreed and my dog was extremely thankful! On our way to the van, I saw a TSC employee assisting the customer next to me. I kindly asked if PHIL could also help me when he was finished. He walked over to my van and lifted the heavy 45 pound bag of dog food into the trunk. I thanked him and told him he saved my back by lifting the bag for me!

I had a store credit card, that was set up on auto pay. Tractor supply went and closed my store account in order to assign me a new credit card with a totally new number. Be careful folks, they are changing store credit cards to visa credit cards without your permission. They say you have to refuse the credit card in order not to get it. I did not want a visa card. I already have enough cards. I think this is a total rip off and if they had charged me interest because the charges were not made on time I really would be livid. As it is, I am livid, because you should not send a notice for a credit card that you have to refuse in order not to get it.

They were very good and helpful, I will go back to this store any time, I shop at Tractor Supply all the time they have just about anything that I want

Tractor supply is the nearest place for me to get propane and they close at 9 pm. I needed two 20 lb bottles filled. Get off work at 5:30 pm, drive to Tractor Supply and employee says they'll be right out. Then they tell me oh wait it's after 6, we can't sell propane after 6. There is nothing at the store or online stating this policy. You sell propane and you're open until 9 pm but you can't help me after 6 pm? Or maybe I should just take a day off from work to get my bottles filled? Better yet, if you can't sell me propane when it's 74 degrees and the sun is still shining because it's after 6 pm, you most certainly won't be selling me anything the rest of the day either. I won't shop there again.

I wanted to get a harness for my dog. I had looked up harnesses on line and the one I wanted was in Stock at my local store for $24.99. Went in to purchase it and got to the checkout and they tried to charge me $46.88 for it. Had to decline the purchase and go home and order it from Amazon.

I like getting greeted, asked questions and personally walked to the product I'm looking for. That's customer service

I would give 0 if possible. Tractor supply has cut employee benefits, 3 months before the end of the benefits year, interrupting fertility and family building efforts for families affected by cancer, injuries, stillborns, etc. They did this with no notice to allow employees to fullfill their medical treatments, and after most paid the high deductibles of the hig deductible plan. Don't support a complany that can't support it's own.

Every time I go into tractor supply everyone is very knowledgeable, they greet me every time I walk in the door.

My whole family goes to the wilson n.c tractor supply weekly today we was embarrassed as the cashier had my doughter just 1 of them empty her pockets an looking at me to see if I had stolen anything because the beeper went off it always goes off when I go in to many different stores I have had metal in my body from an accident when I was 8yrs old an 99%of the time when I go in an out of a store it beeps I do not appreciate the embarrassment an looks we got from Kathy at register #2 today at store number1418

We were told by the manager at this location that there was no need to reserve 3 tons of wood pellets last week because they had plenty. Today after borrowing a trailer & making sure we had help to unload my husband went to pick up the pellets. Arrived at the store around 9:30am & was told they didn't have any all of the ones they had were reserved. The manager was a jerk when asked why didn't he tell us to reserve last week. So now we are headed to the Butler PA store 45 minutes away (Grove City is 15 minutes) to pick up our pellets.I would have gave a one star but Adam at Butler was very helpful.

I frequently visit Red Lion TCS, but I went to Rt 30 TSC Thursday afternoon 7/27, and the woman helping with chicks was rude and talked down to me. And when asked for specific chicks, she said, "You'll get the ones I'm able to catch first." I've only ever experienced positive, friendly, extremely helpful encounters at the Red Lion TSC, so I immediately left and won't be back to that specific store again.

Tried to order 399.00 Greenworks mower, website wont accept address says call# so I called and they try to take order over the phone and fix address, i have had problems with card info saved to these sites before so I declined and asked if they could just fix address, very nice but entered wrong address anyway, again I couldn't fix it myself on website says to call# again, seems like a scam no local stores have the mower in stock and trying to get my card info, never gave card info,requested all other info deleted, will buy elsewhere, seems these reviews are correct, predict out of bus. Soon

If I can shop elsewhere, I will! First off, they were not helpful in finding the item I was looking for. They had me running all over the store because they didn't know for sure where it was. Then my items rang up higher than the price marked. Had to argue with the cashier to get the marked price. He accused me of taking a tag from something else, when the tag clearly stated that it was the item in my hand. So beware of them charging you more than what items are marked!

Purchased a grain,my horse needs online because the purchasing department REFUSES to carry in THEOR LOCAL store.July 6th,2023,,It is now 19th,still nothing.They delivered a large box on the 13th,i thought was the grain,however when my hubby pic'd it up,the weight definitely was NOT 50 POUNDS,, open it up,w/a tractor supply label,,,ITS FED-EX CLOTHING,,WTH?!NO GRAIN,,Call tractor supply the run around,tell me to call tennesse,I am in wisco,,call their,,the ooops,'sorry'' we'll ship it to the store to get it there faster,Ok i said,,it is now 14 days,still no grain,and when i calll,,''its comming,'' I swear to god, if my horse did not need this specific grain,,I WOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS W/THEM EVER AGAIN!,THEY ALLLL SAID,,SORRY,,NOT OUR FAULT,JMO,,MARYW

Unbelievable bad website. I can drive to the store 20 minutes away faster than place an order. Slow and clumsy. Shouldn't take five minutes to sign in

The employees are always friendly and helpful at my store in Smyrna Delaware. The products that I buy are always a good quality. I have seen the negative reviews of the baby chic's. Raising them for back yard flock's most of my life. They always are well cared for in my store people complain about the amount of roosters. The labeling doesn't say anything about straight run or sex I don't understand why you would complain about something that is not promised.
