I bought a 3400 psi simpson pressure washer last September I paid for 3 year guaranteed I used 3 times the pressure pump crack I filled a Camplain I took it to the mower shop they told me to but they never send the pump replacement I had to fix it out of my packet.
If I could review negative 5 I would.

Your review got our attention! Bret purchased a five x 4 foot gate a month and a half ago. Purchased online picked up at Lancaster Tractor Supply. Then sent this useless response after I sumitted my review.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 4ft x 5ft is the common size, which means it creates a 5ft W opening when installed. We will be sure to clarify this in the description. Say what you want,, it only filled a five foot oprnining after we made many modifications! Trying to say that it fills a five foot gap is alot of useless crap worthless corporate response!

Zach and regional manager Michele the most unprofessional people you will ever meet discriminating against people! Shysters! I was purchasing ripped bags of dog food what were damaged at the store at a discount price no management is completely stopped my discount are the tractor supplies still give it to me just an hour and a half out of my way extremely unprofessional trust me stay away better off paying a little more for your product

They are advertising Carhartt hoodies for $9.99 online Great deal but you can't order online so if your store does not have any you cannot order and get the price. My last couple experiences with this store have gotten so bad never shopping here again I will go to other stores and pay more.

If it hadn't been for the kind friendly help that Colby display I probably would have went somewhere else.

I would love to have a better choice but in our area TSC is the only choice. The are extremely overpriced and have really taken advantage of the infatuation racket. So sorry I don't have more choices so they win by default!

Unfortunatly like everything else we are reaching our budget limit when shopping at TSC. We are now considering other outlets that we can get dog food and bird feed from.

I have bought from Tractor Supply in Cedar Park from the day it opened I have always been welcome from the minute I WALKED IN
I never mat finer people but Sunday 3/12/23 I was TREATED like I was IN WALMART
I GOT so upset I walked out I always gave TS 5 stars not that day

They charged me and they didn't ship. I asked for a refund and they said to wait 3-5 days but it's been 2 months now and they still ignore my email. No refund.

I have been waiting for two months for TSC to get a certain item in stock. I've spoken to four employees and received a different story from each one. The biggest surprise was when one told me that they "don't know what they'll be getting in until the truck gets there". What kind of company operates that way? I worked in various retail positions for 20 years and that is not the way to satisfy your customers. I'll adjust my needs, work around TSC'S unprofessionalism, and get what I need elsewhere.

The store in dyersburg tn never has hay I need for my miniature horse. It sucks! You can just switch hay everything there out, I have to co to the next county over.

I've had an account with them for 2 months and I have no issues as of yet they have great selection but there prices could be lower.

We go out of our way to shop the Hanover tractor supply due to the fact it's cheaper but lately the service sucks. Besides on a Saturday there stock was not out from Thursday delivery the cashier argued about the product being there. I used to work in tractor supply I know all the fibs. I told her to check after rolling her eyes she did 15 in stock. She sent the other lady who wasn't busy to retrieve. The lady called on the radio to say the items were on the bottom of a skid n it b a bit. Ok after we waited about 15 minutes the other lady came up without our merchandise n was telling her life story to another customer as she was walking up with. Nothing store related our cashier apologized n went back to get our product. Place is a joke..

About 3 months ago I was in the calverton tractor supply walking around looking at thing in the store. Well what happen next was so wrong they try to say I was stealing from the store. The one employee I think her name was June blocked me from looking at stuff in the store. Got right up in my face I was not stealing a thing she should be fired. The GM said she would call me back after she look at the cameras never happen. I will never return to that store agian I hope this goes to the top of tractor supply.

12x20 portable shed/garage. DON'T waste your money! I'd give it a lower rating if I could. Wouldn't stay zippered on the ends. Breeze got in kept unzipping both end. After number off times re-zipping it. The breeze finally got in and destroyed the whole thing. After only a months and $700 later, save your money!

They wanted almost 10 bucks for a can of Rustoleum spray paint. Not from me they wont. Use to shop here regular.Not any more! Im going to Lowes or Home Depot. I have no tolerance for corporate GREED!.

Ordered my husbands Christmas gift on the 17th of Dec. Yes, that's pushing itbut I paid for 1day shipping. Got a text that order was cancelled one minute before customer solutions closed on Dec.19. Then received an email saying that they didn't charge me! So what's the pre authorization hold on the money I need released so I can go somewhere else and get the present? Tractor Supply no longer has it's values focused on good customer service. They would much rather keep your money on hold and ruin your Christmas-and said item is still, 3 days later, there for you to order and them to cancel and hold your money. Do not use Tractor Supply!This is not the company it once was. You cant even email corporate. Or any of the management. Their only thoughts are to get your money, even if it's just to hold! We have been customers for many years, but no more! Will never darken their doorway again, and recommend you don't either because one thing I know, your headed for a big let down.

Worst experience ever.
I ordered twice the same product. First order was canceled for no reason.
Reorder and paid 2 day shipping.
2 weeks later still no delivery.
No contact number.
Worst service ever.
