HORRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order on 05/12 for a $1476. 00 part. It arrived 05/20 BUT it was the WRONG part. I called them and they worked out getting it picked up. I was told I wouldn't receive a refund until they received the part. They received the wrong part back on 05/31 and I received an email on 06/01 that they had given me a credit back on my card. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't seen the credit show up on my card. I've filed a dispute and hopefully will eventually get my $1476 back for a problem that was THEIR fault. Not fair for me to have to pay this bill for a part that I do not have. Customer service has been less than helpful even though I have emailed multiple times. All I get is "Oh... yea... looks like they did a credit memo... ok... bye" I want someone to actually look and make sure the credit WAS applied to my card. No way should it still not be showing up after 3 weeks. I've emailed again today so HOPEFULLY, I can get an answer.

I ordered a water pump for my tractor. 1 week went by and I called and they lied to me and said it was a shipping issue. I called 1 more week later because I still didn't get it and they told me the real story how they messed up 1,000 orders that didn't even make it to their warehouse so it was never shipped! So I said cancel my order and refund my money. WEEK 3 comes and my tractor still in unusable, I get an email saying my part shipped after I told them to cancel it and refund! Now I have to wait until the part gets here and call them again to get a return slip that I hopefully don't have to pay a restocking fee like it says I do in the email! Absolute lie after lie I'll never buy from them again or recommend them! I ordered from another company and the part was here in 3 days

My husband ordered a new Radiator, a water pump and a few miscellaneous parts he was told weren't included. Arrived in decent time but, the fin completely fell off the radiator when unpacked. Never soldered. Water pump is defective as well on the shaft. Turns out extras weren't needed but they're the only useable pieces. Called and talked to Mr. Reams. He told my husband he'd send a call tag as soon as he could. He's busy and our parts won't get shipped until the defective parts are back, inspected and they determine what to do from there. Over $400. Spent on useless parts, can't plant our crops and are getting no response. We sent Mr. Reams photos, I called corporate and nobody answered, I messaged their Help Center. Unbelievable!

Lying company

I ordered a seat belt for 310.00 it was never delivered they lie and lie but do not send it, supervisor another lier did not sent the part trying to get a refund getting lies on top of lies with no result now I have to take legal action to get my money back this company will not last long and to deal with them is to deal with Satan the father of all lies.

Unhappy returns

I received a 3pt from the Sikeston MO location for what was to fit a 350 Case Steiger tractor. We soon discovered it was not the right one. I was told they would not take it back. After several calls I was told to return it. Upon returning it I was met with very unfriendly attitude and was told it would cost me 15% restocking fee which amounted to $1200 dollars. The mistake was not mine and feel I should receive full refund. Considering how I was treated I will be not use this business for any future needs.
