Title: Extremely Disappointed with TopResume's Elite Executive Priority Package
I purchased the Elite Executive Priority package from TopResume on 8 May 2024, expecting top-tier service given the premium price of $749 USD. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's a detailed account of my experience:
1. Missed Deadlines:
- I filled out all necessary information on 8 May 2024 and was promised the first draft by 10 May 2024.
- Despite this commitment, I did not receive the draft on time. After multiple follow-ups with the Account Manager, I was informed that they were still searching for a writer.
- The first draft was finally delivered on 16 May 2024, well past the promised deadline.
2. Poor Quality of Work:
- The resume and LinkedIn profile provided were of subpar quality, significantly inferior to my current resume and LinkedIn profile. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high price and the promise of working with top 1% resume writers.
3. Unresolved Refund Request:
- On 13 May 2024, due to the delays, I requested a refund, which was ignored.
- Upon receiving the poor-quality draft, I reiterated my request for a refund. TopResume offered only a 15% refund and encouraged me to continue with the project, which I declined.
- Despite numerous follow-up emails, my request for a full refund was consistently ignored until 6 June 2024, when TopResume reiterated their refusal to provide a full refund.
TopResume was highly recommended by various websites, and I had high expectations for their service. However, the combination of missed deadlines, poor-quality work, and unprofessional handling of my refund request has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I cannot recommend TopResume based on my experience and urge potential customers to be cautious before investing in their services.
They took my daughters resume and made it a lot better than I could do.
