Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way.
I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.

There are no "professional writers" on the platform - someone takes the CV you provide them as a starting point, puts it through ChatGPT and send you whatever it regurgitates. The second Draft they created was even worse.

I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I received a very generic, stale resume. I realized I could have probably done a better job with Chat GPT. I would have been okay with that since you get what you pay for, but to have the final product have spelling errors and yellow highlights with question marks? I thought I would have a professional final product, but I got something that cost me half a dozen applications. When I complained, they told me I would get a brand new writer, a top writer, and the product was worse than the first. They said I would get a refund if I were unsatisfied with the second resume, which I was. They have ghosted me; whenever I try to reach out and get a result, they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. Super unprofessional. I would give no stars, but that's not an option.
Top Resume contacted me after I posted a review on Trust Pilot, and this place is just a scam, as they claim they can't refund. I should have done my due diligence to research them, and you should do the same! Read any Reddit post about them; it's all garbage. There are also independent websites reviewing them, again, garbage. They are NOT thought partners; they DO NOT care if you get a job. Their product is ugly and poorly written. Just NO!
