Very easy to contact the person regarding my change requests.

My experience with TopResume.com was nothing short of a disaster. I opted for their 48-hour rush service, paying a hefty $75 fee, with the expectation of receiving a professionally crafted resume in a timely manner. However, not only did they fail to fulfill their promise within the specified timeframe, but they also had the audacity to charge me regardless.

To make matters worse, their communication was abysmal. After I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, they conveniently stopped responding altogether, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my resume.

When I finally received the finished product, I was utterly disappointed. The quality of the resume was subpar, to say the least. It was riddled with errors, lacked coherence, and resembled something one would expect from a high school student rather than a professional service charging exorbitant fees.

Needless to say, I will never be using TopResume.com again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of their services. They are nothing more than a scam, preying on individuals seeking assistance with their resumes while failing to deliver on their promises. Save your time, money, and sanity by looking elsewhere for resume assistance.

I was promised my resume on 14 May, but it is now 29 May, and I still do not have a resume, and Top Resume is now refusing my refund of $349.00. I contacted Top /resume on 10 May to ensure I would get my product by 14 May, and they promised I would; well, I didn't. I then found out they are outsourcing to others. They do not answer calls and take at least four days to respond to an email. You will not be able to get in touch with any except through email if then which will then default to someone for whom English is not their first language. Yes, you can tell by the sentence structure. Please don't use Top Resume. The other name used by Top Resume, according to the address on the Better Business Bureau site, is (was) not listed as Top /resume. When I go back to search, I can't find Top Resume using the Lexingotn Ave, New York address.

Nathaniel was great in our phone call appointment. His reassurance of how my resume looked with summaries posted for every job gave me confidence. It was surprising and gave me worry because other experts often state, resumes should be short, concise and in bullet points. Outside of this, the waiting to be assigned a writer was a bit longer than expected.

The resume write must have just dropped my old resume into an AI program and sent it back. Totally ignored the job descriptions I sent and the fact that I said point blank-WRONG JOB TITLE! Thats what I got sent back, did not even begin to match the job descriptions I sent.

Having to pay for a service online was concerning. Matters were made worse when service fell behind due to a spike in business. I followed protocol and sent a message in wondering about my order. Shortly thereafter I was surprised by a phone call, 2 as a matter of fact. A gentleman left me a message letting me know about the spike in business, that they are doing all they can to connect me to an expert in my domain and that for the inconvenience they are offering me a free thank you letter. The personal connection instantly made me feel better about the whole process. Shortly thereafter I was connected with Faye the expert who rewrote my resume. After a few revisions I was truly impressed by the language, format, and professionalism with which Faye communicated. Although the beginning of my experience was a little rocky, TopResume has proven to be an expert not only in customer service but in the construction of a resume that is worth the cost. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.
