It took less than an hour for Bennett to start working on my resume after I signed up to have my resume reviewed and improved. Communication was fast, respectful, professional and very productive. Bennett told me what the areas for improvement were and what the approach should be to have my skills highlighted and use the proper terminology recruiters look for. I am very delighted with my resume, LinkedIn profile, and letters. I also had an interview coaching session with Andy and learnt so much from it.
I had to ask for changes several times. The writer overexaggerated my importance and some of the functions I performed. Also contacts with higher ups were incorrect or not factual to the officers titles.
Several rewrites and now it is correct and proper.
Took extra effort, but in the end it was worth it. Got a Cover letter and Thank You letter as well.

I received the rewrite of my résumé within just a couple days and had very few edits. Here's the great part, within a day of re-posting it on the jobsites I had 3 requests for interviews that I haven't had before. It has to be the résumé!
I constantly received the feedback that the CV I spent time updating was not in the approved 'format'. This evidently meant I couldn't receive spelling and grammar feedback.
So beware, they will update your CV to their 'approved' version but will NOT provide grammar or spelling feedback on what you write in different versions. I'm left with an updated format CV that I'm not confident sending because the content hasn't been vetted - not helpful...
The supporter really nice, she helped me a lot in reviewing my resume, therefore I got an attrative offer from my dreamy company.
The response I got was really in-depth and super helpful! It gave me many great tips that I know will make my resume so much better.
I get tons of responses, though I do feel my resume could use a lil polishing.
They tell you the great and not-so-great things about what you show them, which is a good thing. I felt it was genuine and not meant to hurt anyone.

Very good and friendly personnel. My resume now neat and well presented. My main objective was simple, to make my 7 pages resume to become only 1-2 pages without discounting any of my good qualities, and they delivered it very well.

So I had my resume looked at and found that I'm generally 22% of a match of my jobs. I decided to go with TopResume. In 24-48 hours of submitting the forms I had my rough draft that after asking the writer to change something that I though was redundant and the addition of my linkedin profile it was complete. The only reason I do not want to give 5 stars is that I'm not sure if this has made a difference in my searches yet. So far I haven't gotten more responses but I had the final draft on the Friday before a holiday weekend and it's Tuesday afternoon now
Overall a good experience and my resume is definitely much improved.
My one challenge was working with someone overseas which made timing of communication and availability for our phone consultation less than ideal.
