I knew my resume needed to be updated since the last time I put work into it was over 15 years ago. Of course I've had several jobs that I just added on but it did not speak to the professional self. In my head this was going to be a long process. I was wrong, wrong, wrong! It was so easy and quick. I was able to communicate freely with my writer, Gaby.

I finally caved in and upgraded a long overdue resume. I was surprised at the quick response from my personal writer. He was very responsive and able to answer all my questions. I also just landed two interviews within a week of my new resume.
Overall, it seemed like the resume writer didn't have a great understanding of high level IT concepts; just knowing they even exist. This feels like it would have been better if I was searching for an entry level position and not a senior one. I had to request the same things to be completed over and over again. I'm not dissatisfied but I'm not satisfied either, and so I consider this service to have a been a waste of money, time, and I will not be pursuing this again. I also shared the resume with two IT directors I know and they gave me better feedback in a shorter time frame than this process.
