At first I was skeptical about the service and how good a job they could do virtually and without closer interactions. However, it ended up being a good experience. After about 4 or 5 days, the resume writer sent me a completely revamped version of my resume, more concise and better structured. We also had additional back and forth messaging afterwards where the writer made additional changes. My writer was very responsive to my suggestions/requests.

I was paired with the best resume writer for me, she was exactly what i needed after not touching my resume for almost nine years. My writer was able to get me down two pages capture my skills, strengths and help me understand my points that market the best! I recommend TopResume highly to new, old or just cannot figure it out! Top Resume is not worth the money! My resume writer (who I think was a bot) crammed my information into a template. She gave me canned answers to my questions and simply made my current resume look pretty. I never had a conversation with her, verbal or written, about my profession, experience, or skills. The cover letter I received is terrible, and I will not send it to potential employers.

The proposed resume was loaded with industry and technical errors not present in my resume. A few of examples of the myriad errors: Suggested "barristers" in a US attorney resume (! - I strongly suspect that "Daniel H." sits in India and isn't named "Daniel"); misconstrued copyrights and trademarks; changed my title from "Counsel" to "General Counsel"; and on and on. The proposed cover letter was no better. I should have known better than to go with a generalist service rather than someone who actually knows the US legal industry.

They use an app to write you an appalling resume! Once they take your money, tough luck getting in contact with them! Don't waste your money! They basically stole 200 dollars from me. I asked my writer to expand a few 3 liner paragraphs that she wrote and her best contribution was to change the word "Daily" to "on a daily basis!" and that's how she attempted to rewrite all her short paragraphs! I sent them My newly written "professional resume" back to them under a new email and they rated their own work at 25 percent! This is a joke! In their advertisements, they mention that you can get a refund after 60 days if you don't get an interview and it's a lie! I tried to contact them multiple times and no one responded!
